Getting Started
Wear and Adjust
For optimal comfort and sound quality, adjust the headband so it fits snugly on your head. Ensure the Left (L) and Right (R) earcups are correctly positioned on your respective ears.
Pairing Your Headphones
1. After powering on, the headphones will automatically enter pairing mode. The white ? Bluetooth Indicator on the right headphone will flash quickly.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), search for "realme TechLife Studio H1" in the Bluetooth settings.
3. Select the device to connect. Upon successful connection, the indicator light will turn on for 1 second and then off for 1 second.
Note: If the connection is not completed within 10 minutes, the headphones will automatically power off.
Charging
Connect the included USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the headphones and to a power source.
- The ? Charging Indicator light shows the charging status.
- A red light indicates low power mode and that charging is required.
- A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Powering On/Off
To Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function Button (▶️) for 2 seconds until the white indicator turns on for 1 second.
To Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function Button (▶️) for 3 seconds until the red indicator turns on for 1 second.
Key Features & Controls
ANC Button Controls
The ANC button allows you to manage noise cancellation and audio modes:
- Short press: Cycle through modes: Awareness Mode, ANC On, ANC Off.
- Press and hold for 1 second: Switch between Music Mode and Gaming Mode. (Note: Headphones will revert to default Music Mode upon powering off or charging.)
- Adaptive Noise Reduction Mode: Press the ANC button and the '+' button simultaneously for 1 second to enable/disable adaptive noise reduction.
Volume Button & Power Button Controls
The headphones feature intuitive controls for music, calls, and device functions:
- Multi-function Button (▶️):
- Short press: Play/Pause music; Answer/End a call.
- Double short press: Activate voice assistant.
- Long press (1 second): Decline an incoming call.
- Triple short press: Enter pairing mode.
- Volume Up Button:
- Short press: Increase volume.
- Long press (2 seconds): Skip to the next track.
- Volume Down Button:
- Short press: Decrease volume.
- Long press (2 seconds): Go to the previous track.
Additional modes can be accessed:
- Game Mode/Music Mode toggle.
- LDAC on/off.
- Spatial Audio Effect on/off.
Important Notes: Spatial audio effect is not supported in wired mode. Game mode is not supported when LDAC is enabled.
Force Pairing
To manually enter pairing mode: When the headphones are powered on, short press the Multi-function Button (▶️) three times. The white ? Bluetooth Indicator will flash quickly.
Connect To A New Device (Dual Connections)
The realme TechLife Studio H1 supports dual connections, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously.
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your first device and pair with "realme TechLife Studio H1".
2. Once paired with the first device (phone, tablet, or computer), short press the power button three times to put the headphones into pairing mode.
3. On your second device, search for and connect to "realme TechLife Studio H1" in its Bluetooth list.
Note: The headphones can only play audio from one device at a time. Switching between devices may involve a momentary delay due to compatibility variations. If one device disconnects, the headphones will attempt to reconnect automatically within 10 minutes.
Wired Playback
You can connect the headphones to your device using the included audio cable for wired playback.
1. Use the included USB-C audio cable to connect the headphones to your device's compatible port.
2. Control audio playback directly from your connected device.
Important: The included USB-C audio cable supports audio transmission only and cannot be used for charging. Some devices may have limitations on button and microphone functionality in wired mode depending on their system version.
Troubleshooting: Bluetooth Issues
If you experience problems with Bluetooth pairing or connection, try the following:
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function Button (▶️) for 3 seconds.
- To Reset: Press and hold the Multi-function Button (▶️) for 10 seconds. The indicator light will show solid red/white for 3 seconds, confirming the reset is complete. This will clear all previous pairings.

Tips for Use
- If not used for a long time, store the headphones in an environment between 0°C - 35°C and charge at least every 3 months to maintain battery performance.
- Use and charge the headphones in a normal environment (ambient temperature 0°C - 45°C, humidity 45%-85%). Fast charging is optimal between 15°C - 35°C.
- If the product temperature is outside the safe range, it may damage the headphones and battery performance.
