Welcome Interface: Displays Product Model (SF-90) and Software Version on the first line, and Equipment Series Number on the second line (e.g., SF-XXXXXX).

Main Interface: Shows DMX Address (e.g., DMX Address: 1) and Pressure/Voltage (e.g., P:100 V:15.6).

4.4 Alert Message

Alert MessageExplanation
Test ModeSafety lock located at TEST MODE.
Factory ModeDMX signal blocked in factory mode.
E0 Invert ONWhen turned on, all angles will be mirrored.
E1 Pressure ErrPressurize for about 13s, pressure value failed to reach 100%. Possible faults: no fuel, pump failure, pipeline problem, etc.
E2 P Relief ErrPipeline cannot release pressure, leading to pressure relief error. Possible faults: pressure release valve failure, pipeline problem, or control system problem.
E3 Motor ErrPossible fault: swiveling nozzle stuck, motor failure, etc.
E4 ExtIgnition ONWhen Ext Ignite is ON, the device will pressurize automatically when the safety lock is switched to USER MODE; decompression when switched to TEST MODE. 9V-60V fireworks ignition signal will trigger related firing sequences.
E5 Voltage ErrBattery voltage >15V or <10V for continuous 5s; machine stops running. Possible fault: the battery is low.
E6 Tip ErrIf the machine slants over 45°, it stops running and the system will report E6.

5. Operation Guide

5.1 Fast Operation Guide

After receiving the product, unpack and confirm its condition. Due to the inherent risks of flame machines, follow these operation procedures carefully to ensure safety.

  1. Installation: The device must be placed horizontally. If mounted on a truss, secure it with extra safety ropes.
  2. Safety Lock: Locate the safety lock at TEST MODE.
  3. Fueling: Fuel the machine with high-quality fuel as specified in this manual.
  4. Power and DMX Cable Connection: Connect the power supply (110V/220V mains or 12V battery) and DMX cable.
  5. Turn on Power: Ensure the safety lock is in TEST MODE before switching the power ON/OFF.
  6. Set DMX Address: Set the DMX address. The I FLAMER typically occupies 6 channels.
  7. Pressure: Activate the "HEAT" function on the host controller. On the DMX console, set DMX value of channel 6 to 50-200.
  8. Check Device Status in TEST MODE: Confirm the safety lock is in TEST MODE. The nozzle should rotate, and the igniter should activate, but no flame should be produced.
  9. Pressure Relief: Perform pressure relief if necessary.
  10. Switch Safety Lock to USER MODE: Before switching to USER MODE, ensure strict adherence to safety distance requirements and clear the danger area of people, animals, and flammable objects.
  11. Pressuriser: Activate the "HEAT" function on the host controller. On the DMX console, set DMX value of channel 6 to 50-200.
  12. Firing: Activate the "FIRING" function on the host controller. On the DMX console, set DMX value of channel 3 to 254-255.
  13. Pressure Relief: Relieve pressure when the show is finished or if the machine will not be used for an extended period.
  14. Switch Safety Lock to TEST MODE: Switch the safety lock back to TEST MODE to ensure safety for the next use.
  15. Power Off: Turn off the I FLAMER, disconnect the power and DMX cables, and pack the device once it has cooled down.
