In order to protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the following warranty terms, so that you can timely access to GUSTARD to provide you with perfect after-sales service. 1 . Product warranty period: GUSTARD promises all kinds of electronic machine products from the date of purchase to enjoy 2 years of free warranty service, lifelong maintenance. Within 15 days from the date of purchase, return to the factory for new service (no scratch on the fuselage), complete free warranty within 1 month, and the manufacturer is responsible for round-trip freight. 1 month to 2 years of shipping freight warranty. *The overseas part of the shipping fee and the tax generated shall be settled by the user and the merchant through negotiation. 2 . Under what circumstances do you enjoy free warranty service During the free warranty period from the date of sale of GUSTARD electronic products, if the product malfunctions due to component quality or manufacturing issues while the user is using the product normally. 3 . Services beyond the warranty scope For machines that are beyond the warranty period and covered by the warranty, such as individual component damage, artificial damage to the appearance, or unauthorized software modifications by the user causing them to malfunction.
