Assembly Instructions

- K: Turnkey (for shade adjustment)
- Remove lamp from packing, placing lamp base (A) flat on a steady surface.
- Fit shade (B) over socket (C) then thread socket ring (D) onto socket. Turn socket ring (D) clockwise to tighten until finger tight and the shade (B) is held securely.
- Refer to BULB INSERTION/REMOVAL to install bulb (E) in lamp.
- Plug the cord (F) into a standard 120V AC outlet.
- Turn the lamp ON & OFF using power switch (G).
- To adjust the shade position, rotate the turnkey (K) counterclockwise to loosen, move the shade up or down to the desired position, then rotate the turnkey (K) clockwise to tighten and secure.
Bulb Insertion/Removal
- Make sure that the lamp is not plugged into an electrical socket.
- If the lamp has been in use, allow it to cool approximately 5 minutes before proceeding.
- To install included bulb (E) in the socket (C), thread the base of the bulb into the socket turning clockwise until snug. CAUTION: DO NOT overtighten the bulb. Overtightening the bulb may make removal difficult or damage the lamp or bulb.
- To remove a bulb (E) already installed in the lamp, unthread the bulb from the socket (C) turning counterclockwise to loosen.
NOTE: For bulb replacement, use only an E26 TYPE "A" bulb with a maximum of 40W (120V/60Hz), an E26 listed SBCFL up to 13W, or an E26 listed SBLED up to 9W.
Wireless Charging Instructions
To wirelessly charge a device, perform the following:
- Place the device, which supports wireless charging, face up on the middle of the wireless charging icon (H).
- When the device is centered on the wireless charging icon (H), a white light (J) will come on noting charging mode active. Your device should show charging is taking place.
- Refer to the LED indicator (J) for charging status:
- Rapid Blinking LED: Device is not charging. Adjust the device's position.
- Slow Blinking LED: Device is charging. Your device should show charging is taking place.
- Solid LED: Device is fully charged.
CAUTION! Device may become warm during charging. This is normal and part of the process. Charging times vary by device.
Safety Warnings
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS
- Turn lamp off and WAIT UNTIL BULB IS COOL before handling.
- Bulb gets hot quickly! Touch only switch or plug when turning ON or OFF.
- Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted into the receptacles in the extension cord.
- Do not alter the plug.
- INDOOR USE ONLY.
