The warranty applies to the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase is required.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage.
In no event shall Amkette be responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential, or other damages of any kind.

Installation of the Software
Download the Application by visiting www.amkette.com/katana. The software allows customization of all keys, creation of complex macros, and visual control of backlighting.
Macro Recording
Before recording a macro, set a temporary keystroke delay:
- Record Delay mode: For actual time delay.
- Default Delay mode: For fixed time delay, with millisecond adjustment.
- NO Delay mode: For no temporary delay.
The 'Recording' command initiates macro recording. The 'Stop' command completes it.

Macro Editing
The macro editor allows you to:
- Edit macro rows.
- Delete macro rows.
- Move the cursor up ⬆️.
- Move the cursor down ⬇️.

Keyboard LED Indication
Manually control LED backlighting presets using key combinations or the software.
Key Combinations:
- 9 LED Effects: Fn + ➡️
- 5 LED Brightness Levels: Fn + ⬆️ / ⬇️
- 5 LED Speed Levels: Fn + ⬅️ / ➡️
LED Effects Description
Mode | Effect | Description |

Light Mode-1 | Always ON | Keyboard backlight without any effect. Brightness level can turn LED Off. |
Light Mode-2 | Breathing Effect | Backlight with a breathing effect. Speed is controllable. |
Light Mode-3 | Snake Effect | Sequential multi-directional illumination of a certain number of keys. |
Light Mode-4 | Press Key Effect | Single Key illumination. Adjust brightness and speed. |
Light Mode-5 | Line Effect | Bi-directional illumination of a keystroke. |
Light Mode-6 | Wave Effect | Multi-directional illumination from a keystroke. |
Light Mode-7 | Key Off Effect | Turn off backlight by pressing a keyboard key. |
Light Mode-8 | Ripple Effect | Multi-directional illumination from a keystroke affecting multiple keys (travelling wave). |

Keyboard LED Indication (Specific Keys)
- GAMING Mode: Fn + WIN ? (Keypad lock on the WIN key)
- NUM LOCK: Press the Num Lock ? key.
- CAPS LOCK: Press the Caps Lock ? key.
Button Setting Keyboard Shortcuts
In Button Setting, the following modes are available for key assignment:
- Default mode: Restores original keyboard key functions.
- Key mode: Reassigns specific keyboard keys.
- Multimedia mode: Assigns keys to multimedia functions.
- Macro mode: Assigns keys to execute macros.
Keyboard Modes Customization (Fig. 1)
This menu allows selection and configuration of Light Setting backlight modes and adjustment of Button Setting keyboard keys. Parameters can be reset using 'Restore'. 'Apply' saves user-created key configurations. 'OK' exits the program, 'Cancel' exits without saving.

Creating Macro
To create a macro, click the menu button in the panel. The program automatically creates 'Macro 1', which can be renamed in the Macro Name editor.

Deleting Macro
In the Macro List menu, select the macro to delete and click the menu button. The macro will be deleted.
Save and Load Macro
To save a panel configuration, click the menu button to prompt saving the macro configuration file. Configuration files (e.g., 'File.macro') are stored in the software's Config folder. Export command downloads the file, specifying the path.

Setting the LED Modes (Fig. 2)
Select LED modes and adjust brightness and speed levels to personalize your style.

Restore the Default Keyboard Shortcuts (Fig. 3 and 4)
To reset configuration settings, select the desired key in the software interface. The key's highlight color will change from Yellow to Orange. Pressing 'Apply' saves the user-created key configuration.

To Reassign Keyboard Keys to Key Mode (Fig. 5)
In the Function menu, select the key mode and then select the desired key. The key's highlight color will turn Orange. Pressing 'Apply' saves the user-created key configuration.

Assign Multimedia Features in Multimedia Mode (Fig. 6)
To assign a key to a multimedia function, select the key on the electronic keyboard. The color of the edit key will turn Orange. In the Function menu, select 'Multimedia mode' and then 'A' mode Function field. Specify a multimedia function among the options and confirm by clicking OK.

Assign Macros to Macro Mode
To assign a macro to a key, select that key on the electronic keyboard interface.
