The LINKVIL W620W is a portable and elegant Wi-Fi phone designed for mobile communication applications. It features built-in dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi, enabling stable and efficient communication in various wireless network environments. Additionally, it incorporates Bluetooth 5.0 for effortless pairing with headsets and mobile devices. The device is widely used in wireless scenarios such as enterprises, shopping malls, residential areas, hotels, and warehouses, providing users with a high-quality mobile communication experience.

Install the Battery

- Remove the rear case: Gently remove the rear case of the phone from the handle position (A).
- Install the battery: Take the battery out of the packaging. Insert the battery (B) into the battery compartment, ensuring the notch faces upwards.
- Install the back cover: Align the back cover with the buckle on the back of the main unit. Press along the edges from top to bottom until you hear a "click" sound, ensuring there is no gap.
Configuration
Configuration via Phone
- Press Menu > Advanced Settings (Default password: 123).
- Select Accounts: To configure and enable the account, fill in the SIP server address, port, user name, and password.
Connect the Charging Base

Note:
1. Use the original factory-supplied power adapter (5V/2A). A third-party adapter may damage the handset.
2. Check the charging status on the top-right corner of the LCD screen.
Connect Wi-Fi
- Enter [Menu] > WLAN, and enable the WLAN.
- Select an available network and click to enter.
- Select the corresponding Wi-Fi network from the Wi-Fi list, click connect, and enter the password.
- After clicking OK, the Wi-Fi connection is successful, and the corresponding Wi-Fi display will show a checkmark symbol (✓).
Configuration via Web
- Get the IP address from the phone: Press Menu > Status > Network > Wi-Fi IP.
- Login: Input the IP address in the web browser. The PC and phone should be in the same IP address segment. (The default username and password are both 'admin'.)
- Configure: Select Accounts and fill in the relevant content.
Warning
- Do not use the device above 35°C while the battery is charging.
- Please dispose of dead batteries under guidance.
- Recycle your device.
- Replacement of a battery with an incorrect type that can defeat a safeguard (e.g., some lithium battery types).
- Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, which can result in an explosion.
- Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature environment that can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
