Introduction
By default, the Shelly H&T Gen 3 displays the temperature in Celsius. Use the following steps to change the displayed temperature units from Celsius (°C) to Fahrenheit (°F).
Waking the Device
Before changing the temperature units displayed on the device, it is recommended to wake the device. To wake the device:
- Open the device.
The Shelly H&T Gen3 device displays '09:05', '23.0°C', and '39% [battery icon]'. A small flat-head screwdriver is shown prying open the device casing.
- Press the Reset button.

Changing the Temperature Units
- Open the Shelly Smart Control app.
- Tap the Room where the H&T Gen3 is located.
- Tap the Shelly H&T Gen3.
- Tap the Sensor settings button represented by an icon displaying the device and a gear [gear icon].
- Tap Temperature units.

- Tap the °F button.
The Shelly H&T Gen3 device is shown displaying '09:46', '78.4°F', and '34% [battery icon] [globe icon]'.
- Wake the device as explained in the previous section of this document.
- Tap the back arrow [back arrow] in the Smart Control app.
- The device displays the temperature in Fahrenheit.
