Components

• A: Seat (x1) - The main seating surface.

• E: Gas Lift Cylinder (x1) - The adjustable height mechanism.
• F: Gas Lift Cylinder Cover (x1) - A decorative cover for the gas lift.
• G: Tilt Mechanism (x1) - The part that attaches to the seat and allows tilting.
• H: Headrest Pillow (x1) - A pillow for head and neck support.

• J: Casters/Wheels (x5) - The rolling wheels for the base.
• K: Base Support Brackets (x4) - Metal brackets that connect the tilt mechanism to the seat.

Mounting Steps

1. Step 1: Attach Casters

   Insert the five casters (J) into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base (D). Push firmly until they click into place. ⚙️

2. Step 2: Install Gas Lift

   Place the gas lift cylinder cover (F) over the gas lift cylinder (E). Insert the gas lift cylinder (E) (with cover) into the central hole of the chair base (D). The wider end should be at the bottom. ?️

3. Step 3: Attach Tilt Mechanism

   Align the tilt mechanism (G) with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat (A). Ensure the front of the mechanism is towards the front of the seat. Secure the tilt mechanism (G) to the seat (A) using four M8*18 mechanism screws (M). Attach the base support brackets (K) to the tilt mechanism (G) as shown in the diagram. ?

4. Step 4: Attach Armrests

   Align each armrest (C) with the corresponding mounting points on the underside of the seat (A). Secure each armrest using four M8*20 armrest screws (P) (total of eight screws). Attach the plastic covers (N) to conceal the screw heads on the armrests. ?️

5. Step 5: Attach Backrest

   Align the backrest (B) with the mounting points on the seat assembly. Secure the backrest (B) using the appropriate screws. ?

6. Step 6: Mount Seat Assembly onto Base

   Carefully lift the assembled seat and backrest. Align the central hole of the tilt mechanism (G) with the top of the gas lift cylinder (E). Lower the seat assembly onto the gas lift cylinder until it is firmly seated. ▶️
