Before the First Use
Take the appliance and accessories out of the box. Remove any stickers, protective foil, or plastic from the device. Place the device on a flat, stable surface, ensuring at least 10 cm of free space around it. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outdoor use. It is advised to place a heat-resistant coating between your table and the appliance to prevent burn marks. Before first use, wipe all removable parts with a damp cloth; never use abrasive products. Plug the power cable into the socket, ensuring the voltage matches the device (220V-240V~ 50-60Hz). A slight odor may occur upon first use, which is normal; ensure adequate ventilation as this smell is temporary.
Use
Pre-heat the appliance on the highest level for 10 minutes before use. Grease the griddle and pans with a little oil. Do not use metal utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Turn food regularly when placed on the griddle. Smaller pieces of meat and/or fish cook quicker than larger pieces. Do not pierce the meat, as this causes it to lose juices and flavor. Remove any bits of food left behind during cooking immediately to prevent them from sticking. Never put frozen food on the grill plate, as the heat shock could damage it.
Wok Cooking
Place the wok-grill in the middle of the table. Cut meat and vegetables into small pieces to reduce cooking time. Serve raw meat and vegetables on separate plates. Guests can then choose their ingredients and grill them in their wok pans. You can grill all types of food in the wok pans, cook fruit, fry eggs or potatoes, and much more. Grilled meat can be served with various sauces, salad, or French baguette.
Baking/Grilling
The round circles on the plate can also be used for baking eggs, pancakes, crepes, etc. You can also grill larger pieces of meat on these circles when not using them for wok-baking.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down. Wipe the inside and edges with a paper towel or soft cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
