Product Overview
The BP3800 features a user-friendly interface:
- On/Off Button: Press and hold for 2 seconds to power the expansion battery on or off.
- LED Light-Wheel: This indicator flashes blue during recharging and displays the remaining battery level when the On/Off Button is pressed for 1 second.
- Expansion Battery Ports: Two identical ports are available for connecting to the power station or other expansion batteries.
Recharging the Expansion Battery
To recharge the system:
- Ensure the main power station is turned off before making any connections.
- Connect the expansion battery to the power station using the provided battery-to-host cable for initial activation.
- Recharge the power station via its AC input or DC input. (Note: Plug types may vary by region.)
A successful connection is confirmed by an audible beep and a visual indicator on the power station's screen.
Connecting and Using the Expansion Battery
Follow these steps for connecting and operating the expansion battery:
- Turn off the power station's main power button before connecting.
- Align the Anker SOLIX logo on the battery-to-host cable upwards and plug one end into the power station and the other into any available port on the expansion battery.
- To disconnect, firmly grip the black part of the cable and pull it straight out.
- Multiple expansion batteries can be connected in series. Up to six Anker SOLIX BP3800 expansion batteries can be linked to a single power station.
The power station's screen will display an icon indicating the number of connected expansion batteries. Automatic power balancing ensures that all connected batteries maintain consistent charge levels, contributing to system stability and longevity.
