Simple Troubleshooting
No response from the pager when the keypad is calling:
- Check if the calling number is correct.
- The pager number has been changed; it needs to be re-paired with the keypad.
- The pager is too far away from the base, and the signal cannot be reached.
The pager screen goes black after showing it when the keypad is calling:
- The battery level is too low and needs to be charged for more than half an hour.
- The battery is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Basic Layout
Keyboard
The charging base features charging connectors for multiple pagers. It includes a number display, a [CALL] button, and a [DEL] button.

Extension (Pager)
The pager unit has a front view showing LED 1, LED 2, LED 3, LED 4, LED 5, and a [CANCEL] button. The opposite view shows the [Set] button and charging contacts.

Operating Instructions
Calling the pager
Remove the pager from the charging base. Enter the desired number on the keypad, then press the [CALL] button.
Setting keypad ID
- Quickly press the [DEL] button several times within 3 seconds after plugging in the base and turning it on. The screen will display a set of numbers (e.g., keypad ID).
- Enter a new set of numbers on the keypad of the base.
- After completing the input, briefly press the [CALL] button to exit.
Setting pager reminding duration
- Remove the pager from the charging base and remove its logo sticker.
- Using a pointed item, briefly press the [Set] button on the front of the pager several times to adjust the duration. The duration is indicated by the LEDs:
- LED 1: On (8s)
- LED 1 and LED 2: On (16s)
- LED 1, LED 2, and LED 3: On (24s)
- LED 1, LED 2, LED 3, and LED 4: On (32s)
- LED 1, LED 2, LED 3, LED 4, and LED 5: On (40s)
Setting and turning off the beep
- Remove the pager from the charging base and remove its logo sticker.
- Using a pointed item, long press the [Set] button in the middle of the pager until all LEDs (LED 1 to LED 5) turn off. (Note: The prompt time of the pager is now 40 seconds).
Pairing pager number
- Remove the pager from the charging base and remove its logo sticker.
- Using a pointed item, long press the [Set] button in the middle of the pager until LED 2 and LED 3 light up.
- Enter the desired number on the base and briefly press the [CALL] button. (Note: After successful setting, the light will flash, and there will be a beep).
Turning off the pager
Put the pager back on the charging base, enter the number 99 on the keypad, then press the [CALL] button.
Note: Please turn off the pager when it is not being used to avoid affecting the battery's life.
