Quick Start Installation Manual SkyBox MA01-WBNA 1.Getting to know SkyBox Your new SkyBox allows your commercial equipment to communicate to the grid to shift the time of use of your device to benefit the grid, reduce your costs, and maintain your comfort. MA01-WBNA RESET: A button which can be pressed to factory reset the SkyBox. See Table 1 for more information. QR SYMBOL: The QR symbol has information that may be scanned. SN: YOUR DEVICE: 2.Review the requirements To get started, you will need: Your SkyBox Your equipment that has modbus or bacnet communications Read and follow all of the instructions, cautions, and warnings in this manual. 3.Install the SkyBox 1. Plug the equipment modbus or bacnet communications into the ethernet RJ-45 port . 2. Plug power into the SkyBox. 4.Connect to your LTE network Your SkyBox only needs to be plugged in to connect automatically to the grid. 5.Participation in your Utility Energy Management Program The SkyBox enables your commercial equipment to be informed of power grid conditions and to respond intelligently when successfully connected to the grid. Your utility's energy management program may collectively optimize power use when necessary to support the power grid. The result is a more efficient and reliable system. This also helps maintain lower electricity rates. Function Action Description System Reset Factory Reset Hold button down for 3 seconds and release Resets SkyBox configuration to the default settings. Hold button down for 7 seconds until LED goes off, then release Restores the SkyBox to factory settings. Color Pattern Off White Solid Blinking Description SkyBox is not receiving power.
