Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before operating the set and keep them for future reference.
- Adhere to all warnings and follow all operating instructions.
- Do not use the apparatus near water or moisture.
- Clean only with a dry cloth.
- Do not block ventilation openings.
- Do not install near heat sources.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of polarized or grounding plugs.
- Protect the power cord from damage.
- Use only with specified accessories.
- Unplug during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
- Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
- Caution: Do not perform servicing other than that contained in the operating instructions unless qualified.
- Do not install in confined spaces. Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Refer to rear enclosure for electrical and safety information.
- Do not expose to dripping or splashing.
- Terminals marked with "⚡" may pose an electric shock risk.
- Use the stand/wall-mount bracket for secure installation.
- Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced.
- Do not expose batteries to excessive heat.
- Excessive sound pressure from earphones can cause hearing loss.
- The appliance coupler is the disconnect device and shall remain readily operable.
- Take care of the power cordset to avoid abrasion.
- Attention should be drawn to environmental aspects of battery disposal.
- Protective earthing terminal is required for Class I appliances.
- No naked flame sources should be placed on the apparatus.
- Class II appliances do not require a safety connection to electrical earth.
- Warning for apparatus containing coin/button cell batteries: Do not ingest, risk of severe internal burns. Keep away from children.
- WEEE Directive: Dispose of this product responsibly to prevent harm to the environment and human health. Use return and collection systems or contact the retailer.
- The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol indicates "dangerous voltage".
- The exclamation point indicates important operating and maintenance instructions.
Preparation
Disassembly and Installation

- Take out the TV.
- Install the TV stands.
- Connect the power cord.

Warning and Precaution
Positioning the TV
- Install Display on a solid horizontal surface, leaving at least 10cm free space around the set for ventilation.
- Do not place objects on top of the set.
- The apparatus can be used in tropical and/or moderate climates.
- Fix the rear of the enclosure to the wall (for some countries).
- Warning: Never place a television set in an unstable location, as it may fall and cause serious injury or death. Take precautions such as using manufacturer-recommended furniture, ensuring the television is not overhanging, and anchoring furniture and the TV set.
- Do not place the TV on cloth or other materials between the set and supporting furniture.
- Educate children about the dangers of climbing on furniture.
Wall-hanging bracket
- An optional wall mount can be used. Consult your local dealer for recommended mounts.
- Attach the wall mount bracket to the rear of the TV and install it on a solid wall.
- For other building materials, contact qualified personnel.
- Use a wall mount bracket where the device is securely attached with enough space for external device connectivity.
- Disconnect the power before moving or installing the TV.
- Remove the stand before wall mounting.
- If installing on a ceiling or slanted wall, use an authorized mount and contact qualified personnel.
- Do not overtighten screws.
- Securely attach the apparatus to the floor/wall according to installation instructions.
- Use screws and wall mounts that meet specifications. Damages from misuse are not covered by warranty.
Operating Environment
- Do not install in confined spaces like bookcases.
- Do not use near damp, cold areas, or in direct sunlight. Protect from overheating and dust.
- Do not attach candles to opening areas.
Precautions For Using Remote Control
- Point the remote control towards the remote sensor.
- Do not make the remote control vibrate violently, splash liquid on it, or place it in high humidity.
- Do not place the remote control under direct sunlight.
- If the remote sensor is under direct sunlight or strong lighting, change lighting or TV position, or operate closer to the sensor.
Precautions For Using Battery
- Note battery polarity to avoid short circuits.
- Replace batteries when voltage is insufficient. Remove batteries if not using for a long time.
- Do not mix battery types.
- Do not put batteries into fire or decompose them.
- Dispose of batteries according to environmental regulations.
- WARNING: Do not expose batteries to excessive heat.

- POWER (⏻): Turn TV on/standby.
- Mute (?): Mute/restore TV sound.
- Number buttons: Select channel or input number.
- SOURCE: Select input source.
- LIST: Access channel list.
- MENU: Access main menu.
- HOME: Access home page.
- Navigation Buttons (⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️): Navigate menus.
- OK: Confirm or enter selection.
- EXIT: Exit current operation.
- BACK: Return to previous program or upper-level screen.
- Prime Video: Access Prime Video.
- NETFLIX: Access Netflix.
- YouTube: Access YouTube.
- Browser (?): Access browser.
- Teletext Buttons (TEXT, REVEAL, INDEX, HOLD): Access or control teletext features.
- Volume Up/Down (VOL +/-): Adjust volume.
- Channel Up/Down (P ^/v): Change channel.
- Apps (?): Access application center.
- GUIDE: Access EPG interface.
- SUBTITLE: Turn subtitle function on/off.
- USB Play Control Buttons (▶️, ⏸️, ⏪, ⏩): Control USB playback.
- Color Buttons (R/G/Y/B): Execute prompt functions.
- AD: Turn audio description on/off.
Basic Operation
How to use E-Manual
E-Manual is built into the TV. Access it via the MENU button, navigate to SETUP, select E-Manual, and press OK.
Remote control buttons used in E-Manual:
- Number Buttons: Select Page
- OK: Go to page
- Blue Button: Press to previous page
- Blue Button: Press to next page
- EXIT: Exit E-Manual
Install Remote Control Battery
Place two AAA batteries in the remote control, matching polarity markings.
TV Control Button
Note: The picture is only for reference.
- Standby mode: Press to turn on TV.
- Without OSD: Short press to access source menu; Long press to standby.
- With OSD: Short press to confirm selection; Long press to return or exit.
- Push left: Decrease volume or go left.
- Push right: Increase volume or go right.
- Push Forward: Channel down or go below.
- Push Backward: Channel up or go above.
OR
- In standby mode, short press TV control button to turn on the TV.
- In working status, short press TV control button to call out the soft keyboard menu. Short press to move cursor and select item. Long press to enter selected item.
- After entering selected item, short press TV control button to adjust settings. Long press to return to upper-level menu.
Terminal Connection
- ANTENNA IN: Connect a coaxial cable for antenna, cable, or satellite signal.
- USB: USB port for USB devices.
- DIGITAL AUDIO OUT: Use an optical cable for audio output to a receiver.
- LAN: Network port for network connection.
- HDMI: Connect HDMI input signal from sources like DVD players or camcorders.
- AV IN: Receive audio and video signals from sources like DVD players or camcorders.
- CI: CI card port.

Troubleshooting
General Problem / Solution
- Remote control does not work: Check remote sensor, batteries, and power connection.
- Poor Signal: Caused by interference from electronic devices or radio sources.
- Picture & Sound / Solution
- No picture, no sound: Check signal source, outlet, power plug, and signal.
- No sound, picture OK: Check sound menu, balance, and headphone connection.
- Abnormal picture: Adjust color settings, keep TV away from other electronics, try different channels, check signal cable, and fine-tune channels.
Multimedia Player / Solution
- 'This file is invalid' or abnormal video: Check if the file can be played on PC and if video/audio codec is supported.
- 'Unsupported audio' or abnormal audio: Check if the file can be played on PC and if video/audio codec is supported.
Network / Solution (May not be available)
- Network failure: Check router, USB dongle connection (if applicable), and TV's network connection.
Browser / Solution (May not be available)
- Web page cannot be displayed completely: Flash is not supported.
- Browser is forced to be shut down: Web page may have too many large pictures, causing insufficient memory.
