Structural Diagram
The vanity structure consists of the following main components:
- M1: Mirror panel
- B1, B2, B3: Base/shelf panels
- D1, D2: Drawer side/back panels
- S1, S2: Side cabinet panels
- S3, S4: Drawer side panels
- P1, P2, P3, P4, P5: Support or connecting panels
These components are assembled using various hardware parts (H1-H14) as detailed in the following steps.
Step 1: Side Board Installation
Attach side boards S1 and S2 to the base structure. Use H2 screws (x22) for this step.
⚠️ Ensure all "H2" screws are installed straight and securely.
Step 2: Slider Installation
This step involves attaching the drawer sliders to the cabinet side panels. The diagram shows the process of attaching the slider components (labeled M and S) to the designated positions on the panels.
A sub-diagram illustrates how to disassemble the drawer sliders.
Step 3: Slider Installation (continued)
Attach the drawer sliders (H1 and H5-M) to the back of the side boards S1 and S2. Ensure correct orientation (front/back).
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step to avoid damage.
Step 4: Leg Installation
Attach the legs (H7) to the bottom of the side boards S1 and S2. Use four H7 screws in total.
⚠️ For height adjustment, ensure the floor is level. Adjust legs as needed.
Step 5: Middle Panel Installation
Install the middle panel P2 onto the structure B1. Use H2 (x1), H3 (x1), H4 (x1), and H6 (x6) screws.
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step.
Step 6: Structure Installation
Attach panel P3 to the side panel S1 and the middle structure B1. Use H3 (x5) and H4 (x5) screws.
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step.
Step 7: Brace Installation
Install brace P3 onto the side panel S1 and structure B1. Use H3 (x4) and H4 (x4) screws.
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step.
Step 8: Brace Installation (continued)
Attach brace P2 to the existing structure (S1, B1, P3, P5). Use H3 (x2) and H4 (x2) screws.
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step.
Step 9: Structure Installation (continued)
Complete the main cabinet structure by attaching panels P1, P2, P3, and P5 to S1, S2, and B1. Use H3 (x11) and H4 (x11) screws.
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step.
Step 10: Drawer Installation
Begin drawer assembly by connecting the drawer sides S3 and S4 to the drawer base D2. Use H2 (x8), H3 (x4), and H4 (x4) screws.
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step.
Step 11: Drawer Installation (continued)
Attach the drawer front panel B2 to the assembled drawer sides (S3, S4) and connecting panel P4.
Step 12: Drawer Installation (continued)
Secure the drawer front B2 to the drawer assembly (S3, S4, P4, D2) using H3 (x4) and H4 (x4) screws.
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step.
Step 13: Drawer Installation (continued)
Attach the drawer slides (H1, H5-S, H5-M, H8, H9) to the drawer components and the cabinet interior. The diagram shows the correct placement and orientation of the slides.
Follow the instructions for height adjustment: 1. Adjust by upper and lower positions. 2. Tighten the screw.
⚠️ If the drawer is uneven, you may adjust the screws up or down on both sides to ensure it is parallel.
Step 14: Hinge Installation
Attach the hinges (H1, H8, H9, H14) to the cabinet doors (D1) and the corresponding mounting points on the cabinet frame (S1, S2, B1, P2). Use the specified screws for each hinge type.
⚠️ Do not use an electric screwdriver for this step.
Door Adjustment
Adjust the door alignment by turning the screws on the hinges:
- To adjust the door lean forward or back, turn the designated screw.
- To adjust the door lean left or right, turn the designated screw.
- To adjust the door lean up or down, turn the designated screw.
Step 15: Cabinet Installation
Install the remaining cabinet panels, including P2 and S2, onto the main structure S1. Use H10 (x2) and H11 (x2) screws.
The steps show the sequence of attaching hardware to secure these panels.
Step 16: Top Installation
Place the top panel B3 onto the assembled cabinet structure (S1, S2, P2). Secure it using the appropriate screws.
Step 17: Mirror Installation
