Handling the Remote Controller
Inserting and Replacing Batteries
Your air conditioning unit may come with two batteries(some units). Put the batteries in the remote control before use. 1. Slide the back cover from the remote control
downward, exposing the battery compartment. 2. Insert the batteries, paying attention to match
up the (+) and (-) ends of the batteries with the symbols inside the battery compartment. 3. Slide the battery cover back into place.
BATTERY NOTES
For optimum product performance: · Do not mix old and new batteries, or
batteries of different types. · Do not leave batteries in the remote control
if you don't plan on using the device for more than 2 months.
BATTERY DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of batteries as unsorted municipal waste. Refer to local laws for proper disposal of batteries.
TIPS FOR USING REMOTE CONTROL · The remote control must be used within 8
meters of the unit. · The unit will beep when remote signal is
received. · Curtains, other materials and direct sunlight
can interfere with the infrared signal receiver. · Remove batteries if the remote will not be
used more than 2 months.

Buttons and Functions
Before you begin using your new air conditioner, make sure to familiarize yourself with its remote control. The following is a brief introduction to the remote control itself. For instructions on how to operate your air conditioner, refer to the How to Use Basic Functions section of this manual.
ON/OFF Turns the unit on or off.
TEMP Increases temperate in 0.5°C (1°F) increments. Max. temperature is 30°C (86°F). NOTE: Press together &
buttons at the same time for 3 seconds will alternate the temperature display between the °C & °F.
SET Scrolls through operation functions as follows:

The selected symbol will flash on the display area, press the OK button to confirm.
TEMP Decreases temperature in 0.5OC(1OF) increments. Min. temperature is 16OC(60OF).
FAN SPEED Selects fan speeds in the following order: AU 20% 40% 60%80% 100%.
Press the TEMP or button to increase/decrease the fan speed in 1% increments.
SWING Starts and stops the horizontal louver movement. Hold down for 2 seconds to initiate vertical louver auto swing feature.

How to Use Basic Functions

ATTENTION! Before operation, please ensure the unit is plugged in and power is available.

SETTING TEMPERATURE The operating temperature range for units is 16-30°C (60-86°F)/20-28 C(68-82 F)(Model dependent). You can increase or decrease the set temperature in 0.5°C (1°F) increments.
AUTO Mode
In AUTO mode, the unit will automatically select the COOL, FAN, or HEAT operation based on the set temperature. 1. Press the MODE button to select AUTO. 2. Set your desired temperature using the TEMP
or TEMP button. 3. Press the ON/OFF button to start the unit.
NOTE: FAN SPEED can't be set in AUTO mode.
COOL Mode
1. Press the MODE button to select COOL mode.
2. Set your desired temperature using the TEMP or TEMP button.
3. Press FAN button to select the fan speed in a range of AU-100%.
4. Press the ON/OFF button to start the unit.

NOTE:
1. When setting the TIMER ON or TIMER OFF, the time will increase by 30 minutes increments with each press, up to 10 hours. After 10 hours and up to 24, it will increase in 1 hour increments. (For example, press 5 times to get 2.5h, and press 10 times to get 5h,) The timer will revert to 0.0 after 24.
2. Cancel either function by setting its timer to 0.0h.

How to Use Advanced Functions

The horizontal louver will swing up and down automatically when pressing Swing button. Press again to make it stop.

Keep pressing this button more than 2 seconds, the vertical louver swing function is activated. (Model dependent)
If continue to press the SWING button, five different airflow directions can be set. The louver can be move at a certain range each time you press the button. Press the button until the direction you prefer is reached.
NOTE: When the unit is off, press and hold MODE and SWING buttons together for one second, the louver will open for a certain angle, which makes it very convenient for cleaning. Press and hold MODE and SWING buttons together for one second to reset the louver(some units only).

ECO/GEAR function
Press X-ECO button to enter the energy efficient mode in a sequence of following: ECO GEAR(75%) GEAR(50%) Previous setting mode ECO...... Note:This function is only available under COOL mode
ECO operation:
Under cooling mode, press this button, the remote controller will adjust the temperature automatically to 24OC/75 OF, fan speed of Auto to save energy (only when the set temperature is less than 24O C/75OF). If the set temperature is above 24OC/75 OF, press the ECO button, the fan speed will change to Auto, the set temperature will remain unchanged. NOTE: Pressing the ECO button, or modifying the mode or adjusting the set temperature to less than 24 OC/75OF will stop ECO operation. Under ECO operation, the set tmeperature should be 24OC/75 OF or above, it may result in insufficient cooling. If you feel uncomfortable, just press the ECO button again to stop it.
GEAR operation: Press the ECO/GEAR button to enter the GEAR operation as following: 75%(up to 75% electrial energy consumption)
50%(up to 50% electrial energy consumption)
Previous setting mode.
Under GEAR operation, the display on the remote controller will alternage between electical energy consumption and set temperature.
BREEZE AWAY Press this button
This feature avoids direct air flow blowing on the body and makes you feel indulging in silky coolness.
NTOE: This feature is available under cool,Fan and Dry mode only.

Silence function

Keep pressing Fan button for more than 2 seconds to activate/disable Silence function(some units).
Due to low frequency operation of compressor, it may result in insufficient cooling and heating capacity. Press ON/OFF, Mode, Sleep, Turbo or Clean button while operating will cancel silence function.
FP function
Press this button 2 times during one second under HEAT Mode and setting temperature of 16 OC/60OF or 20O C/68O F(for model RG10L10(2HS)/BGEF only).

The unit will operate at high fan speed (while compressor on) with temperature automatically set to 8 C/46 F.
Note: This function is for heat pump air conditioner only.
Press this button 2 times during one second under HEAT Mode and setting temperature of 16 C/60 F or 20 C/68 F(for model RG10L10(2HS)/BGEF) to activate FP function.Press On/Off, Sleep, Mode, Fan and Temp. button while operating will cancel this function.

When you select Boost feature in COOL mode, the unit will blow cool air with strongest wind setting to jump-start the cooling process.
When you select Boost feature in HEAT mode, for units with Electric heat elements, the Electric HEATER will activate and jump-start the heating process.

ZVLÁSTNÍ POZNÁMKA
Provedení tlacítek na vasí jednotce se mze mírn lisit od zobrazeného píkladu. Pokud vnitní jednotka nemá urcitou funkci, stisknutí tlacítka této funkce na dálkovém ovladaci

Manipulace s dálkovým ovladacem
Vkládání a výmna baterií
Klimatizacní jednotka mze být dodávána se dvma bateriemi (nkteré jednotky). Ped pouzitím vlozte do dálkového ovládání baterie. 1. Posute zadní kryt dálkového ovladace
smrem dol, címz odkryjete prostor pro baterie. 2. Vlozte baterie a dbejte na to, aby konce baterií (+) a (-) odpovídaly symbolm uvnit pihrádky na baterie. 3. Zasute kryt baterie zpt na místo.
POZNÁMKY K BATERIÍM
Pro optimální výkon výrobku: Nemíchejte staré a nové baterie nebo baterie
rzných typ. Nenechávejte baterie v dálkovém ovladaci,
pokud neplánujete zaízení pouzívat déle nez 2 msíce.
LIKVIDACE BATERIÍ
Baterie nelikvidujte jako netídný komunální odpad. Informace o správné likvidaci baterií naleznete v místních zákonech. TIPY PRO POUZITÍ DÁLKOVÉHO OVLÁDÁNÍ Dálkové ovládání musí být pouzito ve
vzdálenosti do 8 metr od jednotky. Pi píjmu dálkového signálu jednotka vydá
zvukový signál. Záclony, jiné materiály a pímé slunecní
svtlo mohou rusit pijímac infracerveného signálu. Pokud se dálkový ovladac nebude pouzívat déle nez 2 msíce, vyjmte baterie.
POZNÁMKY K POUZÍVÁNÍ DÁLKOVÉHO OVLÁDÁNÍ
Zaízení by mohlo být v souladu s místními národními pedpisy. V Kanad by to mlo splovat pozadavky
normy CAN ICES-3(B)/NMB-3(B). V USA je toto zaízení v souladu s cástí
15 pravidel FCC. Provoz je podmínn následujícími dvma podmínkami: (1) Toto zaízení nesmí zpsobovat skodlivé rusení a (2) toto zaízení musí akceptovat veskeré pijaté rusení, vcetn rusení, které mze zpsobit nezádoucí provoz. Toto zaízení bylo testováno a shledáno vyhovujícím limitm pro digitální zaízení tídy B podle cásti 15 pravidel FCC. Tyto limity jsou navrzeny tak, aby poskytovaly pimenou ochranu proti skodlivému rusení v obytné instalaci. Toto zaízení generuje, vyuzívá a mze vyzaovat vysokofrekvencní energii, a pokud není instalováno a pouzíváno v souladu s pokyny, mze zpsobit skodlivé rusení rádiové komunikace. Neexistuje vsak zádná záruka, ze se rusení v konkrétní instalaci nevyskytne. Pokud toto zaízení zpsobuje skodlivé rusení rozhlasového nebo televizního píjmu, coz lze zjistit vypnutím a zapnutím zaízení, doporucujeme uzivateli, aby se pokusil rusení odstranit jedním nebo více z následujících opatení: Pesmrujte nebo pemístte pijímací anténu. Zvtsete vzdálenost mezi zaízením a pijímacem. Pipojte zaízení do zásuvky v jiném obvodu, nez ke kterému je pipojen pijímac. Porate se s prodejcem nebo zkuseným radio/televizním technikem. Zvysování teploty v intervalech po 0,5 °C (1°F). Maximální teplota je 30 °C (86 °F). POZNÁMKA: Soucasným stisknutím tlacítek & po dobu 3 sekund se bude mnit zobrazení teploty z °C na °F a naopak.

V rezimu chlazení stisknte toto tlacítko, dálkový ovladac automaticky nastaví teplotu na 24 °C/75 °F a rychlost ventilátoru Auto pro úsporu energie (pouze pokud je nastavená teplota nizsí nez 24 °C/75 °F). Pokud je nastavená teplota vyssí nez 24 °C/75 °F, stisknte tlacítko ECO, rychlost ventilátoru se zmní na Auto, nastavená teplota zstane nezmnna. POZNÁMKA: Stisknutím tlacítka ECO, zmnou rezimu nebo zmnou nastavené teploty na mén nez 24 °C/75 °F se provoz ECO zastaví. Pi provozu ECO by nastavená teplota mla být 24 °C/75 °F nebo vyssí, mohlo by dojít k nedostatecnému chlazení. Pokud se cítíte nepíjemn, optovným stisknutím tlacítka X-ECO ji zastavte. Stisknte toto tlacítko 2krát bhem jedné sekundy v rezimu HEAT (TOPENÍ) a nastavení teploty 16 °C/60 °F nebo 20 °C/68 °F (pouze pro model RG10L10(2HS)/BGEF).

Technologie Aktivní cisticí odstrauje prach, plísn a mastnotu, které mohou zpsobovat zápach, kdyz ulpí na výmníku tepla, a to tak, ze automaticky zmrazí a poté rychle rozmrazí námrazu. Po zapnutí této funkce se v okn displeje vnitní jednotky zobrazí ,,CL", po 20 az 45 minutách se jednotka automaticky vypne a zrusí funkci CLEAN (CISTIT).
Funkce FRESH (CERSTVÝ)( ) (nkteré jednotky) :
Po spustní funkce FRESH (CERSTVÝ) se zapne ionizátor/plazmový odlucovac prachu (v závislosti na modelu), který pomáhá odstraovat pyl a necistoty ze vzduchu.
Funkce Sleep (Spánek) ( ):
Funkce SLEEP (SPÁNEK) slouzí ke snízení spoteby energie, kdyz spíte (a nepotebujete stejné nastavení teploty, abyste se cítili pohodln). Tuto funkci lze aktivovat pouze pomocí dálkového ovládání.

Poznámka: Funkce SLEEP (SPÁNEK) není k dispozici v rezimu FAN (VENT) nebo DRY (SUCHÝ).
Funkce Follow Me (Sleduj mne) ( ):
Funkce NÁSLEDUJ M umozuje dálkovému ovladaci mit teplotu v míst, kde se práv nachází, a odesílat tento signál do klimatizace kazdé 3 minuty. Pi pouzití rezim AUTO, CHLADNÝ nebo TEPLO mení okolní teploty z dálkového ovladace (místo ze samotné vnitní jednotky) umozní klimatizaci optimalizovat teplotu ve vasem okolí a zajistit maximální pohodlí.
POZNÁMKA: Stisknutím a podrzením tlacítka Boost na sedm sekund spustíte/vypnete pamovou funkci Follow Me (Sleduj mne).
· Je-li aktivována pamová funkce, na displeji se na 3 sekundy zobrazí nápis "Zapnuto".
· Pokud je pamová funkce vypnuta, na displeji se na 3 sekundy zobrazí nápis "Vypnuto".
· Pokud je pamová funkce aktivována, stisknte tlacítko ON/OFF (ZAPNOUT/ VYPNOUT), zmna rezimu nebo výpadek napájení funkci Follow Me (Následuj m) nezrusí.

Pro konfiguraci bezdrátové sít zvolte rezim AP. U nkterých jednotek nefunguje stisknutí tlacítka NASTAVIT. Do rezimu AP pejdete tak, ze bhem 10 sekund sedmkrát nepetrzit stisknete tlacítko LED.

Modelul butoanelor de pe unitatea dvs. poate diferi uor fa de exemplul prezentat. În cazul în care unitatea interioar nu are o anumit funcie, apsarea butonului funciei respective
de pe telecomand nu va avea nici un efect. Când sunt diferene mari între "Telecomand" i "MANUALUL UTILIZATORULUI" sau descrierea
funciilor, descrierea din "MANUALUL UTILIZATORULUI" va preleva.

Manipularea Telecomenzii
Introducerea i Înlocuirea Bateriilor
Unitatea dvs. de aer condiionat poate veni cu dou baterii (la unele uniti). Plasai bateriile în telecomand înainte de folosire. 1. Glisai în jos capacul de pe spatele
telecomenzii, astfel descoperii compartimentul bateriei. 2. Introducei bateriile, acordând atenie potrivirii capetelor (+) i (-) ale bateriilor cu simbolurile din interiorul compartimentului pentru baterii. 3. Glisai capacul bateriei la loc.
NOTE DE BATERIE
Pentru performane optime ale produsului: Nu amestecai baterii vechi cu unele noi sau
diferite tipuri. Nu lsai bateriile în telecomand dac nu
intenionai s folosii dispozitivul mai mult de 2 luni.
ELIMINAREA BATERIEI
Nu aruncai bateriile la deeuri municipale nesortate Consultai legile locale pentru eliminarea corect a bateriilor. SFATURI DE FOLOSIRE A TELECOMENZII Telecomanda trebuie folosit la mai puin de
8 metri de unitate. Unitatea va emite semnal sonor la recepia
semnalului de la telecomand. Perdelele, alte materiale i lumina direct
a soarelui pot interfera cu receptorul semnalului infrarou. Scoatei bateriile în cazul în care telecomanda nu va fi folosit mai mult de 2 luni.

Butoane i Funcii
Înainte de a începe s folosii noul dvs. aparat de aer condiionat, asigurai-v c v obinuii cu telecomanda acestuia. Urmtoarele sunt o scurt introducere a telecomenzii. Pentru instruciuni despre modul de folosire a aparatului dvs de aer condiionat, consultai seciunea Cum se Folosesc Funciile de Baz din acest manual.
ON/OFF (PORNIT/OPRIT)
Pornete sau oprete unitatea.
TEMP (TEMPERATUR)
Crete temperatura în trepte de 0,5°C (1°F). Temperatura maxim este de 30°C (86°F). NOT: Apsai împreun butoanele & timp de 3 secunde, aceasta va alterna afiarea temperaturii între °C i °F.
SET (SETARE)
Ruleaz prin funciile de operare dup cum urmeaz: Active clean (Curare activ)( )
Fresh (Prospeime) ( ) Sleep (Somn) ( ) Follow Me (UrmreteM) ( ) AP mode (mod AP) ( ) Active clean (Curare activ)( )... Simbolul selectat va clipi pe zona ecranului, apsai butonul OK pentru a confirma.
TEMP (TEMPERATUR) Scade temperatura în trepte de 0,5°C (1°F). Temperatura minim este de 16°C (60°F).
FAN SPEED (VITEZ VENTILATOR) Selecteaz viteza ventilatorului în urmtoarea ordine: AU 20% 40% 60% 80% 100%. Apsai butonul TEMP sau pentru a mri/micora viteza ventilatorului în trepte de 1%. SWING (BALANSARE) Pornete i oprete micarea orizontal a jaluzelelor. inei apsat timp de 2 secunde pentru a iniia caracteristica de oscilare automat a jaluzelei verticale.

ECO/GEAR (ECOLOGIC/ EFICIEN ENERGETIC) Apsai acest buton pentru a intra în modul de eficien energetic în urmtoarea succesiune: ECO GEAR(75%)GEAR(50%)Mod de setare anterioar ECO ...... HUMIDITY (UMIDITATE) Regleaz umiditatea din camer într-un interval de 35% ~ 85%, în timpul operaiunii Dry (Uscare). Apsai acest buton pentru a crete umiditatea în trepte de 5%. NOT: Dup setare, setrile de umiditate se vor fi afiate pe ecran.

Tehnologia Curare Activ îndeprteaz praful, mucegaiul i grsimea ce pot provoca mirosuri atunci când se lipesc de schimbtorul de cldur prin înghearea automat i dezghearea rapid. Când aceast funcie este activat, pe display-ul unitii din interior, va aprea ,,CL", dup 20 pân la 45 de minute, unitatea se va opri automat i funcia CLEAN (CURARE) va fi dezactivat.
Funcia FRESH (PROSPEIME) ( ) (la unele modele) :
Când este iniiat funcia FRESH (PROASPT), Ionizatorul/Colectorul de praf din Plasm (în funcie de modele) este activat i va ajuta la îndeprtarea polenului i a impuritilor din aer.
Funcia Follow Me (Urmrete-M) ( ):
Funcia FOLLOW ME (URMRETE-M) permite telecomenzii s msoare temperatura la locaia sa curent i s trimit acest semnal la aparatul de aer condiionat la fiecare 3 minute. Când folosii modurile AUTO, COOL (RCIRE) sau HEAT (ÎNCLZIRE), msurarea temperaturii ambientale de la telecomand (în loc de la unitatea interioar) va permite aparatului de aer condiionat s optimizeze temperatura din jurul dvs. i s asigure un confort maxim.
NOT: Apsai i inei apsat butonul Turbo timp de apte secunde pentru a porni/opri memoria funciei Follow Me (Urmrete-M).
· Dac funcia de memorare este activat, ,,On" este afiat timp de 3 secunde pe ecran.
Funcia Sleep (Somn) ( ) :
Funcia SLEEP (SOMN) este folosit pentru scderea consumului de energie în timpul somnului (i nu avei nevoie de aceleai setri de temperatur pentru a fi confortabil). Aceast funcie poate fi activat doar prin telecomand.
Pentru detalii, vezi ,,operare somn" în ,,MANUALUL UTILIZATORULUI".
· Dac funcia de memorare este dezactivat, ,,Of" este afiat timp de 3 secunde pe ecran.
· În timp ce funcia de memorare este activat, apsarea butonului ON/OFF (PORNIT/ OPRIT), schimbarea modului sau întreruperea alimentrii nu va anula funcia Follow me (Urmrete-M).

Die Tastenkonstruktionen Ihres Geräts können geringfügig vom gezeigten Muster abweichen. Wenn die Zulufteinheit keine spezielle Funktion hat, hat das Drücken auf der Funktionstaste der
Fernbedienung keine Auswirkung. Bei großen Unterschieden zwischen ,,Fernbedienungshandbuch" und ,,BENUTZERHANDBUCH"

Behandlung der Fernbedienung
Einlegen und Ersetzen der Batterien
Ihr Klimagerät wird möglicherweise mit zwei Batterien geliefert (einige Geräte). Legen Sie die Batterien vor dem Gebrauch in die Fernbedienung ein. 1. Schieben Sie die hintere Abdeckung
der Fernbedienung nach unten, um das Batteriefach freizulegen. 2. Legen Sie die Batterien ein und achten Sie dabei darauf, dass die (+) und (-) Enden der Batterien mit den Symbolen im Batteriefach übereinstimmen. 3. Schieben Sie die Batterieabdeckung wieder an ihren Platz.

Für eine optimale Produktleistung: Bitte keine alten und neuen Batterien oder
Batterien unterschiedlichen Typs mischen Lassen Sie keine Batterien in der
Fernbedienung, wenn Sie das Gerät nicht länger als 2 Monate verwenden werden.
BATTERIEENTSORGUNG
Entsorgen Sie Batterien nicht als unsortierten Siedlungsabfall. Beachten Sie die örtlichen Gesetze zur ordnungsgemäßen Entsorgung von Batterien. TIPPS FÜR DIE FERNBEDIENUNG Die Fernbedienung muss innerhalb von
8 Metern entfernt vom Gerät verwendet werden. Das Gerät piept, wenn ein Fernsignal empfangen wird. Vorhänge, andere Materialien und direktes Sonnenlicht können den Infrarotsignalempfänger stören. Entfernen Sie die Batterien, wenn die Fernbedienung länger als 2 Monate nicht verwendet wird.

Gerät könnte den örtlichen nationalen Vorschriften entsprechen. In Kanada sollte es den Anforderungen von
CAN ICES-3(B)/NMB-3(B) entsprechen. In den USA entspricht dieses Gerät dem
Teil 15 der FCC-Vorschriften. Der Betrieb unterliegt den folgenden zwei Bedingungen: (1) Dieses Gerät darf keine schädlichen Störungen verursachen, und (2) Dieses Gerät muss alle empfangenen Störungen akzeptieren, einschließlich Störungen, die einen unerwünschten Betrieb verursachen können. Bevor Sie Ihr neues Klimagerät in Betrieb nehmen, sollten Sie sich mit der Fernbedienung vertraut

FEUCHTIGKEIT Stellen Sie die Raumfeuchtigkeit während des Trockenbetriebs in einem Bereich von 35%~85% ein. Drücken Sie diese Taste, um die Luftfeuchtigkeit in 5%-Schritten zu erhöhen. HINWEIS: Nach der Einstellung werden die Luftfeuchtigkeitseinstellungen auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt. Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur über 24 °C/75 °F liegt, drücken Sie die ECO-Taste, die Gebläsegeschwindigkeit wird auf Auto umgestellt, die eingestellte Temperatur bleibt unverändert. HINWEIS: Wenn Sie die ECO-Taste drücken, den Modus ändern oder die Solltemperatur auf weniger als 24 °C/75 °F einstellen, wird der ECO-Betrieb beendet. Funktion Active clean( ) (einige Einheiten) : Die Active Clean Technology wäscht Staub, Schimmel und Fett ab, die Gerüche verursachen können, wenn sie am Wärmetauscher haften, indem sie den Reif automatisch einfriert und dann schnell auftaut.
