Installation Notes for the TOC 1030 - V1.4.2 FW Patch
Please follow these steps to perform the upgrade: · Prepare the USB stick o Download the Zip file for the FW Patch o Copy the Patch zip file to a USB stick. o Unzip the zip file  This will create an Upgrade folder on the root folder of the USB stick · Prepare the 1030 Instrument o Power OFF the TOC1030 device o Remove cover from right side of the 1030 unit o Remove the USB stick currently installed in the SOM board o Insert the Upgrade USB stick o Power ON the TOC1030 device · Perform the Upgrade o When the 1030 unit boots up, the desktop screen will appear, and the Upgrade program will launch automatically o The upgrade process should take 10-15 seconds.
o Once completed, simply remove the USB stick and the 1030 Unit will automatically reboot · Reinstall the cover on the 1030 unit
Update the 1030 Date and Time · From the Config-System menu, click on the Date/Time screen · Edit the Date /Time as needed, then click Save
