A. Features
- 13 Digital LCD Display: Date, Month, Week, Hour, Minute, Second.
- Pedometer, 21 days data storage.

B. Time and Hourly Chime Setup
1. In normal time mode, press C key for 2 seconds to enter time setting. The Grey part will be flashing.
2. Click B key to switch cycling setting mode.
3. Click D key to adjust the flashing setting.
4. Press C key to confirm and automatically return to normal time mode after 30 seconds, if no operations are made.
Visual Description: A sequence of diagrams shows the button presses (C key 2sec, B key, D key) to navigate through time setting modes, displaying the time 12:58, date 10-26, and day FRI.
C. Alarm Function
1. In normal time mode, press D key to enter Alarm mode.
2. Alarm activate/deactivate and alarm time setting:
Visual Description: Diagrams illustrate pressing the D key to enter alarm mode, then using the C key to adjust the alarm time (e.g., 1:00), and the C key to toggle the alarm ON/OFF.
D. Chronograph Mode
1. In normal time mode, click D key twice to enter stopwatch mode.
Visual Description: A flow of screens shows entering Stopwatch mode (STW 00:00), starting/stopping (A key), splitting time (A key), and viewing split times (SPL display). It also shows consumption value display with time 1:26 and value 31.
2. Stopwatch maximum 99'99'99', will restart to 00'00'00 when it reaches the maximum.
3. In SPL state, switching to other function displays will cancel SPL automatically. Chronograph, alarm, and hourly chime will keep working.
E. Calories/Kilometer Mode
Visual Description: Diagrams show pressing the B key and then D key for 2 seconds to turn the pedometer ON/OFF. It also shows switching to a double display mode showing time-step-average speed or running time-calories-kilometers.
In normal mode, click B key, then press D key for 2 seconds to turn the step record function ON/OFF. Click it to switch to double display mode: time-step-average speed or running time-calories-kilometers.
- Display time, step, and average speed.
- Display running time, calories, kilometers on screen.
- Max steps: 999999 steps.
- Max speed: 99.99KM/H or 99.99MILE/H.
- Max minutes: 1999 MIN.
- Max calories: 99999.9 KCAL.
- Max distance: 999.9 KM or 999.99 MILE.
- Two modes for steps recording.
- In pedometer mode, press A key for 2 seconds, steps, calories, and distance will return to zero.
- Records will be reset to zero at 12:00 AM every day.
Pedometer Mode
Visual Description: Diagrams show the pedometer mode with options to select weight units (KG, Lb) and display step distance and SPI.
Weight unit (metric unit):
- Select KG, input weight (e.g., 60), then press B key.
- Next, select Step distance, input value (e.g., 70), then press B key.
- Finally, select SPI, press B key.
Imperial unit:
- Select Lb, input weight (e.g., 132), then press B key.
- Next, select Step distance, input value (e.g., 28), then press B key.
- Finally, select SPI, press B key.
Step Memory Storage Mode
Visual Description: Diagrams show the step memory storage mode, where pressing the D key cycles through MEM, STEP, KCAL, KM, and displays data like 0.00, 10-25, 96, 10-23. It also shows automatic switching between these modes.
Pressing the D key cycles through different memory storage modes: STEP, KCAL, KM. Data is displayed with corresponding dates.
F. Low Voltage Detection
- Low voltage is detected every minute.
- When battery voltage is ≤2.5V, the LCD will show a low battery symbol.
- Please change the battery when it is low power.
