Product Functions
- Visualizable Talking: When someone presses the doorbell, the paired cellphone receives a notification and allows two-way communication with the visitor.
- Motion Sensor: The device automatically detects movement within its infrared detection range, captures a picture, and sends it to the paired cellphone. (Note: This is a function of the Plus version; refer to the specific item.)
- Share Doorbell: Visitor records can be shared with other users who have downloaded the app and logged in.
- Low Power & Charging: The cellphone receives a notification when the device is low on power. The red indicator light is on while charging and turns off when fully charged.
How to Use
- Scan the QR code (represented by a placeholder) and download the app.
- Open the app and log in using your phone number.
- Click the "+" button in the upper right corner and follow the app instructions to add the device and pair it with your cellphone.
- If the doorbell is not rung within ten seconds, the DingDong indicator will turn off automatically.
- If pairing fails or re-pairing is required, repeat the pairing process.
Pair Doorbell & DingDong
- Plug the DingDong into a power source.
- Long-press the DingDong match button for 2 seconds; the indicator light will turn on, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
- Press the doorbell button once. The two devices will pair. The indicator lights will turn off after successful pairing.
Pairing Warnings:
- During pairing, the two devices should be as close as possible.
- Ensure the doorbell is fully charged.
- After pairing, the indicator light will automatically turn off.
Reset & Restore Factory Settings
- Reset: Press and hold the doorbell button for ten seconds until the doorbell sounds "reset succeeded".
- Restore Factory Settings: In case of equipment crash or other issues, remove the doorbell and press the black button located in the doorbell reset pinhole.
Operating Environment & Safety Precautions
Operating Environment:
- Do not use the equipment in dusty, wet, dirty, or near magnetic fields to prevent internal circuit failure.
- Avoid using this equipment during thunderstorms, as it may cause failure or electric shock hazards.
- Use the equipment within the temperature range of 0~35°C. Store it and its accessories between -40°C~70°C. Extreme temperatures can cause equipment failure.
- Do not place the equipment in direct sunlight, such as on a windowsill.
- Avoid rain or moisture on the equipment and accessories to prevent fire or electric shock.
- Do not place the equipment near heat sources like electric heaters, ovens, stoves, or open flames such as candles.
- Do not place sharp metal objects, such as pins, near the earpiece or speaker to prevent injury.
- The equipment's temperature may rise during operation. Avoid prolonged contact with a hot device to prevent burns.
- Do not allow children or pets to swallow the equipment or accessories to avoid injury, failure, or explosion.
Children Health:
- The equipment and accessories may contain small parts. Keep them out of reach of children to prevent accidental damage, swallowing, or suffocation hazards.
- This device is not a toy and requires adult supervision when used by children.
Charger Safety:
- Connect the charger when using the equipment. Ensure the power socket is easily accessible near the equipment.
- Disconnect the charger from the device and unplug it from the power socket when not in use.
- Do not drop or collide the charger. If the charger casing is damaged, contact customer service for a replacement.
FCC Requirement
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
