WELCOME TO THE XPEED FAMILY!
Congratulations on your purchase of the Xpeed Studio Multi Gym. You've made an excellent choice to advance your fitness journey and build a better body. Before you begin assembling your new equipment, please read through this manual carefully. Your safety is our top priority and adhering to these guidelines will ensure a smooth and secure assembly process.

IMPORTANT
SAFETY & PRECAUTIONS
- Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. DO NOT leave children unattended in the same room with the machine.
- Only one person at a time should use the machine.
- If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP the workout immediately and consult your GP.
- Position the machine on a clear, level surface. DO NOT use the machine near water or outdoors.
- Keep hands away from all moving parts.
- Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or other clothing that could become caught in the machine. Running or aerobic shoes are also required when using the machine.
- Use the machine only for its intended purpose as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not place any sharp objects around the machine.
- Disabled persons should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician in attendance.
- Always perform stretching exercises to properly warm up before using the machine.
- Never operate the machine if it is not functioning properly.
IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY INFORMATION
Tools Required for Assembling the Bench: Adjustable Wrench and Allen Wrench.
NOTE: It is strongly recommended that this equipment is assembled by two or more people to avoid possible injury.
Ensure Carriage Bolts are inserted through the SQUARE holes on components that need to be assembled. Attach washer only to end of the Carriage Bolt.
Use Allen Bolts or Hex Bolts inserted through the ROUND hole on components that need to be assembled.
Always wait until all bolts are assembled onto the bench before tightening the bolts. Do not tighten each bolt right after it is installed.
FASTENING NUTS & BOLTS
Securely tighten all Nuts and Bolts after all components have been assembled in current and previous steps.
NOTE: Do not over tighten any component with pivoting function. Make sure all pivoting components are able to move freely.
Do not tighten all Nuts and Bolts in this step.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
This Xpeed Studio Multi Gym comes with a 5 year structural Warranty, along with 2 year cover on all cables and pulleys and moving parts and a 1 year warranty on upholstery. This warranty applies to the original owners of the Xpeed Studio Multi Gym and does not cover second-hand equipment or re-sold equipment. Xpeed Warrants that Cables and pulleys will be free from defects in the material or workmanship for 2 years. During this period if faults occur, Xpeed will repair or replace these faults at no charge to the owner. Repairs or replacements will need to be approved by Xpeed and performed by an accredited technician unless otherwise stated by Xpeed.
Xpeed recommends having this unit assembled by an accredited technician otherwise warranty will be void if faults occur due to misassembly. Any faults that occur due to alterations, misapplications or any damages that occur in freight or transport of this unit are not covered under the Xpeed Warranty.
This warranty does not cover the use or failure of equipment in commercial facilities or for commercial applications, in this instance, repairs costs will be at the expense of the user.
Xpeed reserves the right to provide reconditioned parts and/or to request a return and repair existing defective components on the Xpeed product.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The following sections detail the assembly stages. Refer to the Parts List above for component identification.
STAGE 1
Connect Base Frame Rear (1) and Base Frame Front (2) to the Stand Vertical Frame Front (3) using Hex Bolts (105 x2 M10x125), Hex Bolts (101 x2 M10x70), Hex Bolts (100 x2 M10x65), Spring Washers (90 x2 Ø12), Washers (93 x2 Ø12), Nuts (92 x9 Ø10), and Nuts (96 x3 M10).
STAGE 2
Attach the weight stack components including Selector Rod (53), Top Weight Plate (54), Weight Plates (55 x19), Weight Plate Sticker (56), and Rubber Stopper (83) to the main frame (1). Secure using Hex Bolts (98 x2 M10x25) and Washers (92 x2 Ø10). Attach the weight stack cover (37) and connect the selector rod (131).
STAGE 3
Connect the Top Frame (8) to the Stand Vertical Frame Front (3) using Hex Bolts (106 x2 M10x140), Hex Bolts (102 x2 M10x75), and Washers/Nuts (89 x1 Ø10, 92 x11 Ø10, 96 x3 M10). Attach Upper Frame (132) and Lower Frame (133) components.
STAGE 4
Attach Butterfly Supports (4) and the Seat Assembly (1, 6) to the main frame. Use Hex Bolts (110 x2 M12x130), Hex Bolts (100 x4 M10x65), Hex Bolts (113 x2 M 8x25), Washers (92 x6 Ø10), Washers (33 x2), Washers (93 x4 Ø12), Nuts (96 x2 M10), and Nuts (97 x2 M12).
STAGE 5
Attach the Backrest Support (17), Adjustable Backrest Board (29), and decorative plates (31, 32) to the frame (3). Use Hex Bolts (107 x4 M10x145), Hex Bolts (98 x2 M10x25), Hex Bolts (113 x2 M 8x25), Washers (91 x2 Ø8), Washers (92 x12 Ø10), Nuts (96 x6 M10), and Foam Rollers (51, 86, 87).
STAGE 6
Assemble the Front Press Base (9) and Front Press (10) components, attaching them to the frame (8) using Hex Bolts (111 x2 M12x145), Hex Bolts (108 x1 M12x20), Hex Bolts (115 x4 M10x16), Washers (93 x5 Ø12), Washers (90 x2 Ø12), Washers (92 x4 Ø10), and Nuts (97 x2 M12). Attach Front Cover (36).
STAGE 7
Attach the Leg Developer (13) and Seat Support (12) to the frame (3). Use Hex Bolts (107 x1 M10x145), Hex Bolts (101 x2 M10x70), Hex Bolts (113 x2 M 8x25), Washers (92 x6 Ø10), Washers (96 x3 M10), Washers (91 x2 Ø8), Allen Bolts (123 x4 Ø20xM 8x12), and a Plate (34 x2 Φ12×124×M8). Attach Seat Pad (27) and Foam Rollers (51, 87, 86).
STAGE 8
Install pulleys (76, 67) and connect Upper Cable (38), Connectable Cable (39), and Butterfly Cable (40). Secure components using Hex Bolts (106 x4 M10x140), Hex Bolts (99 x2 M10x45), Hex Bolts (104 x2 M10x115), Hex Bolts (100 x1 M10x65), Allen Bolts (117 x2 M10x95), Washers (92 x20 Ø10), and Nuts (96 x11 M10).
STAGE 9
Continue routing cables (39, 66, 67) and attach frame components like Upper Frame (5) and Support Rear (6). Use Hex Bolts (104 x1 M10x115), Allen Bolts (116 x1 M10x30), Hex Bolts (103 x1 M10x90), Allen Bolts (114 x1 M8x45), Hex Bolts (101 x1 M10x70), Hex Bolts (99 x4 M10x45), Hex Bolts (141 x2 M12x135), Washers (92 x14 Ø10), Nuts (96 x8 M10), Washers (91 x2 Ø8), Hex Bolt (95 x1 M8), Nuts (97 x2 M12), and Washers (93 x4 Ø12).
STAGE 10
Complete cable routing with pulleys (65, 67, 40, 24) and connect accessories like the Lat Bar (42) and Iso-Handle (58). Use Hex Bolts (99 x7 M10x45), Allen Bolts (114 x2 M8x45), Allen Bolts (118 x4 M8x20), Washers (91 x4 Ø8), Washers (92 x12 Ø10), Nuts (95 x2 M8), Nuts (96 x5 M10), and a specific component (35 x 2 Ø10×30×M8).
STAGE 11
Attach the Lat Bar (42), Shiver Bar (43), 6-Joint Chain (60), Nylon Strap Iso-Handle (58), Ankle Strap (59), and other chain components (61, 62, 63, 125). Ensure all cables are correctly routed and tensioned.
STAGE 12
Install any remaining small parts such as Allen Bolts (112 x8 M8x16), Philips Screws (120 x8 M4x6), Washers (91 x8 Ø8), and Plate (134). Ensure all bolts are tightened and the equipment is stable.
