- Depth adjustment: 0-200 mm
- Wall thickness compatibility: 90-110 mm, min. 20 mm, max. 70 mm
Step-by-Step Installation
Step 1: Positioning and Frame Assembly
Align the panel positioning protection frame and panel protection cover with the box body. Insert the frame into the box body. The frame can be adjusted for wall thickness.
Installation: Push the panel positioning protection box down; the left and right circles of the box body will be raised. Disassembly: Press the left and right circles at the box body and push the panel positioning protection frame upward.
Step 2: Securing the Iron Frame
Fix the wall Angle iron and groove bolts (M10) using hexagon nuts and flat pads. Tighten securely to the iron frame.
Adjust the height of the iron frame by loosening the screws counterclockwise and then tightening them clockwise after reaching the desired height.
Step 3: Drain Pipe Connection
Connect the upper bayonet of the drain pipe to the lower bayonet of the drain pipe. Ensure a secure fit.
For the toilet drain pipe, select an appropriate slot and assemble the lower card of the sewage pipe. Cut off any superfluous part of the toilet drain pipe as needed.
Step 4: Mounting the Carrier System
Place the complete iron frame into the prepared wall opening. Mark the positions for drilling and fixing the plastic card buckles.
Use a horizontal ruler to ensure the iron frame is vertical and parallel to the wall before drilling.
Drill holes (4 pieces, 10mm) and insert plastic buckles. Secure the iron frame using flange self-tapping screws (M10) and wall fixing Angle iron.
Step 5: Plumbing Connections
Water Inlet: Tighten the plastic blue part of the triangle valve in the water tank clockwise (to close the water inlet). Turn the inlet pipe outward at the triangle valve clockwise to tighten. Then, loosen the plastic blue triangle valve counterclockwise to open the water inlet.
Toilet Inlet Pipe: Assemble the toilet inlet pipe, toilet inlet ring, and decorative cover. Insert them into the L-pipe of the water tank. Assemble the decorative covers into the bolt assembly.
Drainage: Assemble the straight toilet drain pipe, rubber ring, and decorative sleeve. Insert them into the toilet drain pipe. Cut the toilet inlet pipe and drain straight pipe to the actual assembly situation.
Step 6: Air Control Connections
Connect the two air pipes on the air control drainage valve to the copper air needles on the main frame of the air hole. Ensure the spring of the air control main frame is facing downwards. Connect the left full exhaust pipe and the right half exhaust pipe correctly. Ensure the trachea is not crossed or twisted.
Step 7: Final Toilet Mounting
Insert the slot bolts (M12) into the toilet mounting holes. Insert the toilet inlet pipe into the L-pipe of the water tank and the straight toilet drain pipe with the rubber ring into the toilet drain outlet. Ensure they are properly seated.
Adjusting Pipe Lengths: Measure and mark the required lengths for the toilet inlet pipe and drain pipe. Add 6mm to the marked length before sawing off the excess part.
Securing the Toilet: Store the two places at D of the toilet. Screw in the M12 bolts, measuring the size at D and adding 25mm. Install the decorative gasket, gasket, M12 nut, and bolt decorative sleeve on each side.
Use a horizontal gauge to ensure the toilet is mounted parallel.
Step 8: Finishing Touches
After filling the wall space and applying tiles, remove the panel protection cover.
Install the air-controlled main frame in alignment with the panel positioning protection frame, inserting the adjustable lock rod. Tighten clockwise for installation and loosen counterclockwise for disassembly.
Align the flushing button panel with the air control main frame. Push the flushing button panel up and then press it into place. To disassemble, push the flush key panel up and then push it out of the way.
Connect the air pipes to the air pump or air control button interface of the toilet, and the water source interface for the toilet's bidet function.
