Thank you for purchasing the Kooduu Synergy S-series. This product complies with statutory national and European requirements. To maintain this status and ensure safe operation, you, as the user, must observe these operating instructions. These instructions are part of the product and contain important notes on commissioning and handling. Please retain them for future reference.

1. Intended Use

The Kooduu Synergy S-series is intended as a lifestyle product, serving as a multifunctional speaker and light. Its top chamber can be used for chilling wine or as a planter. Any use other than described above can damage the product and lead to dangers such as short circuits, fire, or electric shock. Modifications or conversions to the product are not permitted.

3. Safety Information

Failure to comply with these instructions may void the warranty and absolve Kooduu of liability for consequential damages, property damage, or personal injury. Always observe safety information:

• Unauthorized conversion or modification is prohibited.
• The product is for dry areas only. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, cold, dampness, or wetness.

• Do not place open flames, such as candles, on the device.

5. Setup Mono Speaker (Single-Unit) Connection

1. Before first use, turn off the Bluetooth function of any other Bluetooth devices near the speaker.
2. Press and hold the On/Off key (A1) for about 3 seconds. You will hear a start-up sound, and the blue LED indicator (D2) will flash.
3. Short press the On/Off key (A1) once.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device. Search for "Synergy (35s)/(50s)/(65s)" in discoverable devices and pair with the unit. The blue indicator light (D2) will turn off, indicating a successful connection.

6. Setup Stereo Speaker Connection

1. Before first use, turn off the Bluetooth function of any other Bluetooth devices near the speakers.
2. If you have purchased two Kooduu Synergy S-series products and wish to pair them, press and hold the On/Off switch (A1) for about 3 seconds on the first unit, then repeat for the second unit. A start-up tone will sound, and the blue LED indicator (D2) will flash on both units.
3. Double press the On/Off button (A1) on one unit. This unit becomes the LEFT channel speaker.
4. Allow the second unit to automatically connect to the LEFT channel speaker. A "beep" tone will sound upon successful connection, and the blue indicator light (D2) on the second unit will turn off. This unit is now the RIGHT channel speaker. The blue LED indicator (D2) on the LEFT channel speaker will continue to flash.
5. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device. Search for "Synergy (35s)/(50s)/(65s)" and pair with the LEFT channel speaker unit. The blue LED indicator (D2) on the LEFT channel speaker will then turn off.

7. Pairing to a New Phone

1. Press the On/Off key (A1) once on any Kooduu Synergy S-series product. A tone will be heard, and the blue LED indicator (D2) will start flashing, indicating it is disconnected from the previous phone.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device. Search for "Synergy (35s)/(50s)/(65s)" and pair with the unit. The blue LED indicator (D2) on the LEFT channel speaker unit will turn off.

8. Changing from Stereo to Mono Speaker

Press the On/Off key (A1) twice on any connected Kooduu Synergy S-series product. The connection between the units will be disconnected. A tone will be heard, and the blue LED indicator (D2) will flash on both units.

9. Charging

Lift the small silicone part on the bottom of the product and insert the USB jack into the USB port (A2). For first-time use, it is recommended to leave the USB jack plugged in for a minimum of 12 hours to fully charge the internal battery.

General Notes

• For optimal experience, keep your mobile device within 3-5 meters of the LEFT channel speaker unit.
• Position the two units in the same room or outdoor area within 3-5 meters of each other, free from obstructions.
• Performance may vary based on device, distance, and environmental factors.

10. Maintenance and Cleaning

Servicing or repair must only be carried out by a specialist or authorized workshop. The product contains no user-serviceable parts. Never open the product, except for procedures described in this manual.

Clean the exterior with a dry, soft, and clean cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning agents, alcohol, or other chemical solutions that could damage the casing (discoloration).

11. Disposal

a) Product: Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of with household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to relevant statutory regulations. Remove any inserted batteries/rechargeable batteries and dispose of them separately.

b) Batteries and Rechargeable Batteries: Users are legally required to return used batteries/rechargeable batteries. Disposal in household waste is prohibited. Batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with a symbol indicating prohibition of disposal in household waste (e.g., ?). Labels for heavy metals include Cd (cadmium), Hg (mercury), Pb (lead). Return used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at official collection points, stores, or retailers.
