Rough Country GMC 2020-2024 2500 Mud Flap Delete

Thank you for choosing Rough Country for your vehicle needs. Please read these instructions carefully before beginning installation. Verify all kit hardware against the provided contents and ensure you have all necessary parts and understand their placement.

• Dr. Rear - Front Cap (94034018)
• Pass. Rear - Front Cap (94034019)
• Dr. Rear - Rear Cap (94034020)
• Pass. Rear - Rear Cap (94034021)

Part numbers are embossed on caps for identification.

Tools Required:

• T15 Torx
• 13mm Wrench or Socket
• Paint Pen
• Metal Cutting Saw
• Sandpaper
• Paint
• Tape Measurer
• Scissors

Torque Specifications:

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the front passenger side factory mud flap using a T15 Torx. Retain hardware for reuse. See Photo 1 and Photo 2.

2. Pull the mud flap from the vehicle. Note: The mud flap has two hidden clips, one in the fender and one in the fender flare. See Photo 3.

3. Use a paint pen to mark the vehicle body as shown in Photo 4 and Photo 5. Place masking tape in the indicated locations.

4. Use an appropriate metal cutting tool along the marked lines. See Photo 6.

5. Partially cut the wheel well liner using a knife as shown in Photo 7.

6. Smooth the cut edges with sandpaper and apply a paint protector to prevent rusting.
7. Install the passenger front cap (94034017) using factory hardware. Tighten with a T15 Torx. See Photo 8 and Photo 9.

8. Repeat Step 1 through Step 7 for the driver front cap (94034016).
9. Remove the three factory bolts holding the passenger front-rear wheel well mud flap using a T15 Torx. Retain hardware for reuse. See Photo 10.

10. Remove the two factory bolts holding the passenger front-rear wheel well mud flap using a T15 Torx. Retain hardware for reuse. See Photo 11.

11. Remove the three factory bolts holding the passenger rear-rear wheel well mud flap using a T15 Torx. Retain hardware for reuse. See Photo 12.

12. Use the factory hardware to install the front-rear wheel well cap (94034019). Tighten with a T15 Torx. See Photo 14.

13. Use the factory hardware to install the rear-rear wheel well cap (94034021). Tighten with a T15 Torx. See Photo 15.

14. Repeat Step 9 through Step 14 for the driver side using parts 94034018 and 94034020.
