Sicherheitsinfo über Akku und Ladegerät
Once the device has finished charging, disconnect the charger from the device and the power outlet. Please note: The battery should not be charged continuously for more than 12 hours. If not used, a fully charged battery will discharge over time.
Extreme temperatures shorten the battery's capacity and lifespan. Always keep the battery at temperatures between 15 and 25 °C (59 and 77 °F) for optimal performance. A device with a cold or warm battery may not function temporarily. Note that the battery may discharge quickly in cold temperatures, causing the device to shut down after just a few minutes. If you are outdoors in cold temperatures, keep your device warm.
Follow local regulations. Recycle them whenever possible. Do not dispose of them with household waste.
Do not expose the battery to extremely low air pressure or extremely high temperatures (do not dispose of it by burning). This may cause the battery to explode or leak flammable liquids or gases.
Do not attempt to remove the battery casing, cut, break, bend, puncture, or otherwise destroy the battery. If battery fluid comes into contact with skin or eyes, ensure it does not touch your skin or eyes. If it comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse the affected areas immediately with water or consult a doctor. Do not attempt to modify the battery or insert any objects into the battery. Do not immerse the battery in water or other liquids, or expose it to water or other liquids. Batteries can explode if damaged.
Use the battery and charger only for their intended purpose. Improper use or the use of unapproved or incompatible batteries or chargers can cause fires or explosions and may void approvals or warranties. If you suspect the battery or charger is damaged, take it to a service center or your dealer before further use. Do not use damaged batteries or chargers. Do not use the charger outdoors. Do not charge your device during a thunderstorm. If the charger is not included in the sales package, charge your device with the data cable (included) and a USB power adapter (may be sold separately). You can charge your device with third-party cables and power adapters that are compatible with USB 2.0 or higher and comply with applicable country regulations and international and regional safety standards. Other adapters may not comply with applicable safety standards, and charging with such adapters poses a risk of property damage or personal injury.
When disconnecting a cable from a charger or accessory, pull the plug, not the cable.
Additionally, the following information applies if the device has a removable battery:
- Before removing the battery, always turn off the mobile phone and disconnect it from the charger.
- An accidental short circuit can occur if a metallic object comes into contact with the metal strips on the battery. This can damage the battery or the other object.

Improper installation can have dangerous consequences and void the valid warranty. Regularly check that the vehicle accessories for your mobile device are properly installed and functioning correctly in your vehicle. Do not store flammable or explosive materials in the same compartment as the phone, its components, or accessories, and do not carry such materials with you. Do not place your device or accessories in the deployment area of an airbag.
EXPLOSIONSGEFÄHRDETE ORTE
Turn off your phone in potentially explosive atmospheres, such as near gasoline pumps. In such locations, a spark can cause an explosion or fire, resulting in injury or death. Observe the restrictions regarding use at gas stations, in chemical plants, or blasting areas. Potentially explosive atmospheres are not always clearly marked. These typically include areas where you must turn off your vehicle engine, the lower decks of ships, environments with pipes and tanks containing chemicals, and locations where chemicals or particles are present in the air. Inquire with the manufacturer of vehicles powered by liquefied petroleum gas (e.g., propane or butane) whether this phone can be used near such vehicles without a safety risk.
INFORMATIONEN ZUR ZERTIFIZIERUNG
This mobile device complies with the guidelines for limiting exposure to electromagnetic fields.
Your mobile device is a radio transceiver. It is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to electromagnetic fields (electromagnetic high-frequency fields) recommended by the international regulations of the independent commission ICNIRP. These regulations include essential safety margins designed to ensure the protection of all persons, regardless of age and general health status. The exposure recommendations use a unit of measurement called the Specific Absorption Rate or SAR, which refers to the amount of radiofrequency energy absorbed by the head and body when transmitting with the device. The ICNIRP SAR limit for mobile devices is 2.0 W/kg averaged over 10 grams of body tissue.
SAR tests are conducted based on standard operating positions with the device transmitting at its highest possible power level in all available frequency bands. This device model complies with the rules for radiofrequency exposure when used at the head or with a minimum distance of 1.5 centimeters from the body. If a protective cover, belt clip, or other type of device holder is used to carry the device on the body, this accessory should not contain metal and should be at least the specified distance from the body.
To send data or messages, a good network connection is required. Transmission may be delayed until such a connection is available. Ensure that the instructions regarding distances are followed until the transmission is complete.
During general use, SAR values are typically well below the values indicated above. This is because your mobile device's operating power is automatically reduced when full power is not required for the call, to increase system efficiency and minimize network interference. The lower the output power, the lower the SAR value.
Device models may have different versions and more than one value. Over time, components or design may change, and some changes may affect SAR values.
For more information, see www.sar-tick.com. Note that mobile devices can transmit even when you are not making a voice call.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), current scientific information provides no evidence that special precautions are necessary when using mobile devices. If you wish to reduce your exposure, the WHO recommends limiting usage or using a hands-free device to keep the mobile device away from your head and body. For more information, explanations, and discussions on RF exposure, visit the WHO website at www.who.int/health-topics/electromagnetic-fields#tab=tab_1.
The maximum SAR value for the device can be found at www.hmd.com/sar.

Verwenden des blaulichtreduzierten Modus
Blue is a color in the visible light spectrum and can be perceived by the human eye. Of all the colors the human eye perceives (violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, red), blue has the shortest wavelength and thus generates more energy. Because blue light penetrates the cornea and lens of the eye before reaching the retina, it can cause, for example, itchy and red eyes, headaches, blurred vision, and sleep disturbances. To limit and reduce blue light, the display industry has developed solutions such as the blue light reduced mode (Low Blue Light). To turn on the blue light reduced mode on your tablet, tap Settings > Display > Night light > Turn on. If you need to use your tablet for an extended period, take frequent breaks and relax your eyes by looking at distant objects.
