This document provides instructions for the Eunorau BC182 Series e-bike display.

Appearance and Size

The BC182 display unit features a compact design with integrated buttons and a clear screen. The display shows various cycling data and system information.

Operation

Power on/off ?

Under power off status, long press [Power] to enter the logo interface, followed by the power-on interface after 1 second and the cycling interface after 2 seconds.

Power On Sequence: Displays the Eunorau logo, followed by the main cycling interface showing speed, trip distance, and PAS level.

In any working interface, long press [Power] to switch off the display.

Cycling Interface ?

The cycling interface displays multiple parameters:

Cycling Interface Details: Illustrates the display screen with various indicators: Bluetooth icon (?, lights up when connected), Light icon (?, lights up when turned on), Warning icon (⚠️, lights up when a fault occurs), Power bar, Cruise control sign, Battery level percentage (showing ranges: 21%-100%, 6%-20%, ≤5%), Current speed (range 0.0-99.9 km/h, can shift to mph), Trip distance, Assist gears (0-9 gears, push assist gear), and unit (km, can shift to mile).

Other Display Interface

A short press of the "Power" button switches to an interface showing:

  • Total Distance
  • Trip Distance
  • Max. Speed
  • Power
  • Ride Time
  • Calories
  • Average Speed

Gears Shifts ⚙️

Click the [+] or [-] buttons to shift gears. Long press [-] for 2 seconds to activate the 6km/h push assist mode; release [-] to exit this mode.

Gears Shift Example: Shows the display changing from PAS level 3 to PAS level 0, with corresponding speed indicators.

Turn on/off lights ?

Long press [+] for 2 seconds to turn the lights on or off while the E-bike is running.

Reset Trip Range ?

Long press [Power] and [+] simultaneously to reset the trip range.

Reset Trip Range Interface: Displays "00:0" for trip distance and "0.0 KM" for total distance after reset.

Note: For Bluetooth versions, max speed, average speed, total trip time, and calories can be reset synchronously.

Error Display ⚠️

When an error occurs, the display will show an error code.

Error Display Example: Shows "FAULT 99" on the display screen.

User Menu ⚙️

In a static and fault-free state, long press [+] and [-] simultaneously (or for 1 second) to enter the user menu. Here, you can set speed limits, data units, auto power-off time, and backlight brightness. For Bluetooth versions, the Bluetooth connection can also be configured.

If the interface remains inactive for 60 seconds, the system will automatically return to the Riding interface.

1. Unit Setting

Select “Set Unit” from the menu. Use [+] / [-] to shift between units. Press [Power] to confirm and save. The interface returns to the setting menu automatically after 2 seconds of standstill.

2. Backlight Brightness setting

Select “Brightness” from the menu. Use [+] / [-] to adjust brightness (range: Auto 1-5). Press [Power] to confirm and save. The interface returns to the setting menu automatically after 2 seconds of standstill.

3. Auto Power-off Time

Select “Set Auto Off” from the menu. Use [+] / [-] to adjust the auto power-off time (range: 0-99 minutes). Setting to 0 disables the auto power-off function. Press [Power] to confirm and save. The interface returns to the setting menu automatically after 2 seconds of standstill.

4. Speed Limits Adjustment

Select “Speed Limit” from the menu. Use [+] / [-] to adjust the speed limiting value (range: 12-40km/h). The speed limiting and unit settings are synchronized and can be shifted to mph.

Press [Power] to confirm and save. The interface returns to the setting menu automatically after 2 seconds of standstill.

Speed Limit Adjustment Interface: Shows the speed limit set to 35 KM/H, with "Set" and "OK!" options.

Advanced Menu ⚙️

The BC182 provides an advanced menu for E-bike manufacturers to adjust configuration parameters.

Enter Advanced Menu

When the display is in a shutdown status, long press [Power] for 6 seconds to enter the advanced menu interface.

Advanced Menu Password Input: Shows a screen requiring a password input, with "1919" displayed.

Use [+] / [-] to adjust flickering parts and [Power] to change the flickering part or confirm the login. Input the password 1919. If the password is incorrect, the first digit will flicker again for readjustment.

Wheel Diameter

Select “Wheel Diameter” and use [+] / [-] to adjust the wheel diameter (in Inch). Adjustment range: 16/18/20/22/24/26/27.5/28/700C. Press [Power] to confirm and save. The interface returns to the setting menu automatically after 2 seconds of standstill.

Speed Sensor

Select “Speed Sensor” and use [+] / [-] to adjust the digit (range: 1-12). Press [Power] to confirm and save. The interface returns to the setting menu automatically after 2 seconds of standstill.

Battery Voltage Setting

Select “Battery Voltage” and use [+] / [-] to shift the battery voltage (in volt). Range: 36V/48V/52V. Press [Power] to confirm and save, then switch to the next interface.

Exit

  1. If there is no operation for 60 seconds in any working interface, the system automatically enters the Riding interface.
  2. Long press [Power] for one second in any working interface to shut down the system.

EUNORAU App Using Manual ?

This section details how to connect and use the Eunorau mobile application.

1. Bluetooth Pairing

After connecting via Bluetooth, choose the model you need to pair from the app.

App Pairing Screen: Shows the Eunorau app interface for selecting an e-bike model (e.g., DS, ET, FA, FH) and entering binding settings with options to select a model photo and set an Ebike Nickname.

2. App Interface and Settings

On the main app page, you can view the Bluetooth status and access various settings and riding data.

  • Function Settings: Control features like Headlights (on/off ?), Unit Switch (km/h ↔️ mph), and Gear Adjustment ⚙️.
  • Further Settings: Configure Ebike Nickname, Screen Brightness, Auto Power Off, Speed Limit, Wheel Diameter, Unlock Code, Unpair, and Lock Function ?.

When the lock icon is activated, you can lock and unlock the display. If Bluetooth is off, you will need to input the password upon powering on. The initial password is 0000; you can set a custom password in the app.

App Settings and Lock Screen: Displays the app's setting menu with options like Ebike Nickname, Screen Brightness, Auto Power Off, Speed Limit, Wheel Diameter, Unlock Code, and Unpair. Also shows the display lock screen with a password input field.

3. Riding Status Page

Access the riding status page to control your ride.

  • Click “Start” to begin riding.
  • Click “Pause” to pause the riding. Click “Continue” to resume, or touch “Destroy” to end the riding session.
Riding Status Interface: Shows app screens for starting, pausing, and continuing a ride, displaying real-time speed, time, and calorie data.

Attentions ⚠️

Please observe the following precautions for safe and proper use of the display unit.

  • Ensure the power is turned off before connecting the device to prevent permanent damage.
  • When fixing inner hexagon screws, use a maximum torsion value less than 1Nm to avoid damaging the device.
  • The device is not waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
  • Use a soft, wet cloth to clean the device. Do not use or spray any chemical liquids.
  • The USB port is not waterproof. Ensure the protective rubber plug is securely tucked in during rain. Do not connect external devices in the rain.
  • Dispose of the device according to local laws and regulations, preferably through eco-friendly recycling. Do not discard as domestic garbage.
  • Improper installation, human damage, and failures are not covered by the after-sale warranty.
