Know Your Device

Before using the device, familiarize yourself with its basic operations.

  • To power on your device, press and hold the power button until the screen turns on.
  • To power off your device, press and hold the power button, and then touch the power off icon [power-off-symbol].
  • To restart your device, press and hold the power button, and then touch the restart icon [restart-symbol].
  • Press and hold the power button for 10 or more seconds to force restart your device.

Getting Started

Important Precautions:

  • Be careful not to scratch your device or hurt yourself when using the eject pin.
  • Store the eject pin out of the reach of children to prevent accidental swallowing or injury.
  • Do not use cut or modified SIM or microSD cards with your device, as these may not be recognized and could damage the card tray (slot).
  • If your SIM card does not match your device, please contact your carrier.

Follow the instructions below to set up your device. Use the eject pin included. Ensure that the card is correctly aligned and that the card tray is level when you insert it into your device.

SIM Card Setup

Single-SIM card: Insert the nano-SIM card into the designated slot.

Dual-SIM card: Insert nano-SIM 1 and nano-SIM 2 (or nano-SIM and microSD) into their respective slots.

SIM Card Management

Select the default mobile data card and calling card as needed. For details, check out the pre-installed Tips app.

4G service depends on your network carrier and its deployment. Please contact your carrier to activate 4G service.

  • To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

  • Ideal operating temperatures are 0°C to 35°C. Ideal storage temperatures are -20°C to +45°C.
  • Pacemaker manufacturers recommend maintaining a minimum distance of 15 cm between the device and a pacemaker to prevent potential interference. If using a pacemaker, hold the device on the side opposite the pacemaker and do not carry it in your front pocket.
  • Keep the device and battery away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Do not place them on or in heating devices like microwave ovens, stoves, or radiators.
  • Observe local laws and regulations. To reduce accident risk, do not use your wireless device while driving.
  • When flying or immediately before boarding an aircraft, use the device only according to provided instructions. Wireless device use on aircraft may disrupt networks, present a hazard to aircraft operation, or be illegal.
  • To avoid damaging internal circuits, do not use the device in dusty, damp, dirty, or near magnetic fields.
  • When charging, ensure the power adapter is plugged into a nearby, accessible socket.
  • Unplug the charger from outlets and the device when not in use.
  • Do not use, store, or transport the device where flammables or explosives are stored (e.g., gas stations, oil depots, chemical plants). This increases the risk of explosion or fire.
  • Keep the battery away from fire. Do not disassemble, modify, throw, or squeeze it. Do not insert foreign objects, submerge in water or other liquids, or expose to external force or pressure, as this may cause leaks, overheating, fire, or explosion.
  • Dispose of the device, battery, and accessories according to local regulations. Do not dispose of with normal household waste. Improper battery use can lead to fire, explosion, or other hazards.
  • This device has a built-in battery. Do not attempt to replace it yourself, as this may damage the device or battery. For safety and proper function, contact an authorized service center for replacement.

The World Health Organization states that exposure can be reduced by limiting usage or using a hands-free kit to keep the device away from the head and body. Ensure device accessories (case, holster) are not made of metal. Keep the device away from your body to meet distance requirements.

For countries with a SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg over 1 gram of tissue:

The device complies with RF specifications when used near the ear or at a distance of 1.50 cm from the body. Highest reported SAR values: Head SAR: 1.02 W/kg; Body SAR: 0.58 W/kg; Hotspot SAR: 0.96 W/kg.
