WARNING

Installation Warning
When installing the unit, incorporate a readily accessible disconnect device in the fixed wiring, or connect the power plug to an easily accessible socket-outlet near the unit. If a fault should occur during operation of the unit, operate the disconnect device to switch the power supply off, or disconnect the power plug.
Power Cord Warning
- Use the approved Power Cord (2-core mains lead) / Appliance Connector / Plug that conforms to the safety regulations of each country if applicable.
- Use the Power Cord (2-core mains lead) / Appliance Connector / Plug conforming to the proper ratings (Voltage, Ampere).

Precautions for Use
- Keep this product and this accessory out of the reach of children.
- Do not pour water or other liquids onto this product. Doing so may cause damage.
- Do not place this product in a location near a heat source, or a place subject to direct sunlight. Doing so may cause a distortion or malfunction.
- Keep this product away from flammable objects or naked flame sources (such as lighted candles).
- Do not repair this product by yourself. Refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
- If the unit is suddenly taken from a cold to a warm location, or if ambient temperature suddenly rises, moisture may form on the outer surface of the unit and/or inside of the unit. This is known as condensation. If condensation occurs, turn off the unit and wait until the condensation clears before operating the unit. Operating the unit while condensation is present may damage the unit.
Wireless Communication
- Although this system is equipped with an encryption function for its wireless communication, pay high attention to possible interception. Do not use the system for sending/receiving sensitive data or intelligence or for any usage fatal to human life.
- Interception means that a third party intentionally or inadvertently obtains the content of wireless communication with a receiver.
- This system uses the 60 GHz frequency band for wireless communication. This band may be used by other wireless communication devices. To prevent signal interference between this system and those devices, note the following: The 60 GHz frequency band used by this system employs the OFDM system for modulation.
- If 3 or more pairs of 60 GHz band wireless devices including this product are activated in an area of 20 meters (66 feet) square, wireless communication may be disabled by signal interference.
Restrictions on Wireless Communication Function by Country/Region
In the U.S.A, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Turkey, wireless communication is restricted to indoor use. Outdoor use is inhibited by law and illegal operation is punished.
The wireless communication function of this system is only used in the countries specified. Use in other countries may be against the law and be punished.

Using the Wireless Transmitter / Receiver
- Connect the supplied cables for powered USB port and AC power cords to their respective AC power adaptors. There are two AC power adaptors: one for the transmitter and one for the receiver. Connect the supplied cables for powered USB port and AC power cords to both AC power adaptors.
- Connect the other ends of the cables for powered USB port to the transmitter and receiver respectively.
- Check the transmitter and the receiver. The mark "Transmitter" on the bottom of this unit refers to the transmitter, while the mark “Receiver” refers to the receiver.
- Connect the transmitter to HDMI output equipment (such as a Blu-ray Disc recorder, etc.), using an HDMI cable (not supplied).
- Connect the receiver to video equipment (such as a projector, etc.), using an HDMI cable (not supplied).
- Connect the plugs of the AC power cords to power outlets, then set the respective power switches on the rear panels of the transmitter and receiver to on.
LED Lamp Status
The LED lamp lights up (flashes) when the unit is turned on and is operational. You can check the status of this unit by the LED lamp status.

If the LED lamp continues to flash orange after the power switch has been pressed
Turn the power switch of the transmitter or receiver off then on again, or press the reset button until the LED lamp stops flashing and turns off.
Notes
- Use an HDMI cable (not supplied) less than 3 m.
- The supplied cable for powered USB port can only be used with the supplied AC power adaptor. Do not connect it to the USB port of a computer or other device. It may cause a malfunction.
- Be sure to connect to target devices. Connecting to other devices may cause communication failure.
- Check precautions and instructions about the usage location of the product. For details, refer to the operating instructions of each product.
