Bluetooth Press and hold to remove the current device. Sync Mode Set primary and secondary following the Sync Mode section. Increased Intensity Tap to increase the vibration intensity. Reduced Intensity Tap to reduce the vibration intensity. Volume Up Tap to increase the volume. Volume Down Tap to decrease the volume. Mute Press to mute or unmute. USB-A & USB-C Wired charging ports. Power Turning On/Off · Press and hold the Power button Aturn the VP00 on or off. · When powered on, you will hear the prompt "Power On. " · When powered off, you will hear the prompt "Power Off. " Backlight Color Switching · Tap the Power button to switch the backlight color. Bluetooth Activation · Upon powering on, the Bluetooth will automatically activate, with the prompt "Wait for Bluetooth connection." · For further details, please refer to the Bluetooth section. Auto Lock Auto Lock · The VP00 will automatically lock after 30 seconds of inactivity. · All functions are disabled when the VP00 is locked, including Power. Unlock · Unlock the VP00 by pressing and holding any button. · While locked, the Volume buttons have no backlight, and the Mute button displays blue. · Once unlocked, the Volume button backlights will turn on, and the Mute button backlight will turn off. Bluetooth Bluetooth Connection · When the power is on, the Bluetooth function will automatically activate, and you will hear the prompt "Wait for Bluetooth connection." · Select the corresponding VP00 Bluetooth on your compatible device such as mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc. and connect. · When the Bluetooth connection is successful, you will hear the prompt "Bluetooth connected." · The Bluetooth buttonBbacklight will remain on and will not flash on and off. Remove Device · Press and hold the Bluetooth button to remove the current device. · Reconnect by selecting the Bluetooth on a compatible device. Possible Issues · Your device does not support Bluetooth functionality. · The Bluetooth on your device is not enabled. Bluetooth Name · SmarTable_XXXXXXX (with the suffix being a 7-digit random hexadecimal number) SYNC Mode Primary and Secondary Panels · Primary panel is the panel that can control audio media (music, movie sound effects, etc.) playback. · Secondary panels are auxiliary control panels. The secondary panel can only control mute and vibration. · Each primary panel can have up to three secondary panels. Operation 1. Activating the Primary Panel · Press and hold the SYNC button Con the VP00 you want to set as the primary panel. You will hear the prompt "Enter SYNC Mode," and the SYNC Mode button backlight will remain on. 2. Setting the Secondary Panels · After setting the primary panel, tap the SYNC button on the VP00 you want to set as the secondary panel. You will hear the prompt "Enter SYNC Mode." · Once the secondary panel is set and successfully synchronized with the primary panel, you will hear the prompt "SYNC Mode Succeed," and the SYNC Mode button backlight will blink slowly. 3. Turning off Sync Mode · Tap the SYNC button to turn off the SYNC Mode. Subsequent Uses and Special Situations · Automatic Connection If SYNC Mode has not been manually disabled, it will automatically reconnect with the previous settings when the power is turned back on. · Failure to Auto-connect If any VP00 fails to automatically enter their respective states, perform a SYNC mode reset to avoid complications and ensure smooth operation. 1. Tap the SYNC button on both the primary and secondary panels to disable SYNC Mode. 2. Repeat the Operation 1 and 2 to reset up the primary and secondary panels again. · Reset Primary and Secondary Panel If you want to change the primary and secondary panel settings: 1. Tap the SYNC button on each panel to turn off SYNC mode. 2. Repeat Operation 1 and 2 to reset up the primary and secondary panels. · Multi-Panel Management · When connecting multiple secondary panels (up to three), if the primary panel turns off SYNC Mode, the secondary panel will remain in a connection standby state for one minute. If SYNC Mode on the primary panel is reactivated within one minute, the secondary panels will automatically reconnect to the primary panel with original setting. · When connecting multiple secondary panels (up to three), any secondary panel can manually turn off SYNC Mode without affecting the connection between other secondary panels and the primary panel · It is possible to set up multiple primary panels by following Operation 1. However, with multiple primary panels, assigning a secondary panel connects randomly to one, potentially requiring complex manual adjustments. Setting up multiple primary panels in a single environment is not recommended. Vibration Vibration Intensity · TapDto increase the vibration intensity. · TapEto decrease the vibration intensity. · The vibration intensity can be adjusted in 3 levels by tapping the control button, allowing users to customize experience. · When the vibration is set to the maximum or minimum level, the buzzer will sound to indicate. · Press and hold will not continuously trigger vibration adjustment. Safety Notes · The vibration will automatically turn off by default after three hours of operation. Audio Playback Operation · TapFto increase the volume. · TapGto decrease the volume. · PressHto mute or unmute. Mute · The Mute button backlight will turn red when muted. · The Mute function controlled by both the primary and secondary panels applies to the audio system managed by the respective VP00 . SYNC Mode · In SYNC Mode, only the primary panel can perform both volume and mute operations, while the secondary panels can only use mute function to mute the audio controlled by the secondary panel. · For further details, please refer to the SYNC Mode section. Charging Wired Charging · USB-A+C: 10W · The USB-A port is located at J. · The USB-C port is located at K. Attention To avoid improper functioning or overheating, it is recommended to: · Do not insert foreign objects into the charging port. · Do not spill water or other liquids into the charging port. · Avoid allowing foreign objects or liquids to enter the charging port, as they may cause a short circuit. · Do not apply excessive force or impact to the charging port. · Do not disassemble or modify the charging port. · Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the VP00 . · Do not use poor-quality or non-original charging cables, as this may lead to short circuits or damage to the device or VP00 . · Do not connect devices like PCs or other data communication equipment to the limited charging port. Troubleshoot Power Issues · Symptom Device won't power on or no sound output · Possible Causes Transformer short or open circuit; damaged power cable; internal circuit failure · Steps to Resolve 1. Check if the AC power cable is damaged and whether the power indicator light is on 2. Inspect the DC connection cable for any visible damage 3. Turn off the power, wait for the power indicator light to turn off completely, then restart the unit. · If the device still does not power on or produces no sound, it may indicate internal circuit failure. Please contact after-sales support for service Bluetooth Connection Issues · Symptom Unable to pair device or frequent disconnection (Bluetooth version: V5.3) · Possible Causes Bluetooth not enabled; device out of range (>10 meters); paired device list full; signal interference; firmware compatibility issues · Steps to Resolve 1. Restart the device and re-enter Bluetooth pairing 2. Clear existing paired devices (press and hold the Bluetooth button to reset pairing records) 3. Ensure no nearby sources of electromagnetic interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens) 4. This device uses Bluetooth 5.3 and is recommended for use with devices running Bluetooth 5.0 or later. Older devices may experience pairing or performance issues Audio Issues · Symptom Static noise, choppy audio, delay, or no sound output · Possible Causes Signal interference; corrupted audio source; unstable network; Bluetooth compatibility issues · Steps to Resolve 1. Avoid high-frequency signal sources such as Wi-Fi routers and microwave ovens 2. Test different audio sources to rule out corrupted audio files 3. Try playing offline audio to eliminate potential network-related issues 4. Use a mobile device to test Bluetooth compatibility and determine if the issue persists Charging Issues · Symptom USB charging not working · Possible Causes Damaged USB port; foreign objects inside the port; short circuit; liquid damage · Steps to Resolve: 1. Check if the product can be powered on 2. Inspect the USB port for physical damage or debris 3. Check for signs of moisture or liquid damage inside the USB port 4. Try using a different charging cable to eliminate cable issues FS.32 handset must be used together with FP.34 control box.
