System Overview
The RS Pro Multi Purpose Storage System offers a simple, tap-together solution for creating general-purpose shelving and workbenches. Components are designed for quick and easy assembly, requiring only a rubber mallet. This system provides a strong, durable, fast, and economical solution for everyday storage needs.
Featuring smooth painted steel beams and uprights, the system supports 18 mm thick FSC certified sustainable chipboard. The design allows for easy access to both sides of the bay without additional bracing.
Key Features & Technology
- BioCote Protection: All painted components are protected with BioCote, a patent-protected powder coating that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and promoting a hygienic environment.
- SEMA Compliance: Loading capacities are calculated in accordance with the relevant S.E.M.A. Code of Practice, ensuring safe design, durability, strength, and reliability.
- Materials: Utilizes FSC certified sustainable chipboard for shelves and robust steel for beams and uprights.

Assembly Information
Assembly involves creating side frames by fitting uprights, then locating beams into the uprights' 'P' slots. Chipboard shelves are then fitted to complete the bay. Caution is advised to avoid finger traps during shelf placement.
