Safety Instructions

For AC/DC Adapter, the socket outlet must be near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

Warranty
Warranty terms vary by region: 2 years from date of sale (max 2.5 years from manufacture) for Europe, MEASA, Oceania; 1 year from date of sale (max 1.5 years from manufacture) for USA, Americas, Ukraine, and other regions.
The warranty covers defects in materials or operation found within the term, providing free repair or parts replacement at an authorized warranty processing center. Customers must present the warranty service coupon and product information.
The warranty does not cover adaptations, alterations, remote control batteries, damage from improper use, unauthorized repairs, transport damage (unless by warranty centers), or faults of the system in which the product is used.
The manufacturer is not responsible for personal data safety, including logins and passwords, during warranty service.

The device does not contain harmful or hazardous substances.
Accessories: Use only supplied or manufacturer-recommended accessories. Using non-approved accessories may be dangerous, cause damage, and void the product warranty.
Water and Moisture: Avoid contact with liquids, rain, or high moisture to prevent ignition or electric shock. Do not use the product where it may be exposed to liquid or vapor.
Product Unpacking and Installation
Handle the product with care after unpacking. The product is intended for indoor use.
Placement: Do not place on slippery surfaces, or in areas prone to vibration, dropping, or other risks that could damage the product and void the warranty.
Avoid placing the product on soft surfaces (rugs, beds) as this can lead to overheating. Ensure adequate air gap around the unit.
Do not place the product in enclosed furniture without sufficient clearance.
Avoid direct sunlight and proximity to open heat sources or flammable materials.
Do not place the product on surfaces that may cause vibration or heat accumulation.
Do not cover the product. Do not place objects containing liquids (vases, plant pots) next to or on the product.
Do not touch or move the product during operation.
Ensure the power supply cord is routed to prevent deformation, jamming, or damage. Do not lay the cord under carpets or block it.
Power Supply Unit: Use only the manufacturer-provided power supply unit. Ensure it is compatible with your country's electrical circuit. If traveling, a different power supply unit may be required.
The external power supply unit may become warm during operation; this is normal. If it overheats, contact the equipment supplier.
Protection from Atmospheric Electricity or Long Periods of Non-Use
During thunderstorms or when the product will not be used for an extended period, disconnect the power supply unit from the wall socket and remove all video and audio cables. This protects the product from thunder discharges and power surges.
Product Purpose
The product is designed to select, decode, and display digital audio & video channels from transport streams on a TV. Any other use is prohibited.
Software Updating
The product supports automatic software updates to improve functionality. During an update, the product should not be used. Once complete, users can continue enjoying digital television services.
Product Care
Maintenance: Do not attempt to disassemble the product, as this can be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty. The product has protective seals; breaking them invalidates the warranty.
Cleaning: Clean the product and accessories with a dry cloth or tissue. For persistent spots, use a slightly damp cloth or cleaning tissue. Do not use cleaners, polishes, solvents, abrasive items, or liquid/aerosol detergents.

Troubleshooting
- No display after power on? Ensure the TV is not muted and the volume is adequate.
- TV has images but no sound? Ensure the TV is not muted and the volume is adequate.
- Fail to connect to network? Verify the Ethernet cable is properly connected. For Wi-Fi, ensure it is functional and the box has a strong signal from the router.
- Remote Control Failure? Replace the remote control battery with a new one, ensuring correct polarity. Ensure the remote control is within range. Unpair and re-pair the remote control via the Settings menu.
