IMPORTANT SAFETY & PRECAUTIONS

- Do not use an extension cord or install it in a tight-fitting cabinet.
- Ensure the dryer is not overloaded and foreign objects are not inside the tub.
- Keep children away from the hot door window after a long drying cycle.
- Avoid soft materials and place the dryer on a flat and dry surface.
- Never use flammable materials in the dryer; wait at least 2 minutes before turning it back on after powering off.
- Remember to remove transport packaging before use and replace damaged supply cords with qualified professionals to avoid hazards.
Following these guidelines will help you maintain a safe and functional tumble dryer.
CAUTION: Please take caution if using an extension cord or electrical outlet device with this appliance. Place the extension or device where it will not be exposed to any moisture or splashing. This will ensure the safety and proper functioning of the appliance.
CAUTION: Beware of spontaneous ignition when dealing with items exposed to oil. This risk is exceptionally high when the items are exposed to heat sources like tumble dryers. As the warm things oxidize, they generate heat that, if trapped, can escalate to ignition. To avoid this hazardous situation, avoid piling, stacking, or storing oil-affected items too closely, allowing heat to escape freely.

When putting fabrics in the tumble dryer, there are a few guidelines to follow for best results.
- Fabrics containing vegetable or cooking oil or hair care product residue should first be washed in hot water with extra detergent to minimize the risk, but these items should still not be dried in the tumble dryer.
- Avoid placing unwashed items, foam rubber, waterproof textiles, rubber-backed articles, or anything with foam rubber pads in the tumble dryer.
- For items soiled with substances like cooking oil, acetone, alcohol, petrol, kerosene, spot removers, turpentine, waxes, and wax removers, wash them in hot water with extra detergent before drying them in the tumble dryer.
- Use fabric softeners as per the instructions on the package.
- Remove all objects from pockets before starting the cycle, such as lighters or matches. And rest assured that the dryer's cool-down cycle will ensure your items are left at a safe temperature to avoid damage.
- The maximum amount of dry textile material in kilograms that can be used in the appliance.
- Do not use the dryer if industrial chemicals have been used for cleaning.
- Clean the lint trap frequently if applicable.
- Do not allow lint to accumulate around the dryer unless it is vented to the exterior of the building.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Safety Precautions

 WARNING
- To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons when using your appliance, follow basic precautions, including the following:
To ensure the safety of your clothes and your tumble dryer, it's important to understand what items should not be placed in it. Avoid tumble-drying fabrics that contain vegetable or cooking oil or have been contaminated by hair care products. If unavoidable, wash them in hot water with extra detergent before placing them in the dryer. Remember to use the 'cool down' cycle to lower the temperature of the items before removing them.
Don't dry items that have been previously cleaned in, washed in, soaked in or spotted with petrol/gasoline, dry-cleaning solvents or other flammable or explosive substances. Items made of foam rubber or similarly textured rubber should also be avoided, as heating them can cause spontaneous combustion.
Keep a lookout for metal reinforcements in undergarments as they can cause damage to the tumble dryer if they come loose. Instead, use a drying rack when possible. Plastic items such as shower caps and babies' waterproof napkin covers, as well as rubber-backed articles, clothes filled with foam rubber pads, pillows, galoshes and rubber-coated tennis shoes should not be placed in the tumble dryer either. Lastly, don't use fabric softeners or similar products to eliminate static electricity unless recommended by the manufacturer.

 WARNING
- Items that have been soiled with oil products can ignite spontaneously, especially when exposed to heat sources such as in a tumble dryer. The items become warm, causing an oxidation reaction in the oil. Oxidation creates heat. If the heat cannot escape, the items can become hot enough to catch fire. Piling, stacking or storing items that have been soiled with oil can prevent heat from escaping and create a fire hazard.
- Do not dry items previously exposed to flammable substances
- Keep children away from the appliance and supervise them when it is in use
- Remove the door to the drying compartment before discarding the appliance
- Do not reach into the appliance when the drum is moving
- Do not install or store the appliance outdoors
- Do not tamper with controls
- Do not dry items with foam rubber or similar materials using heat
- Clean the lint screen before and after each load and keep surrounding areas free from lint and dirt
- Have the appliance and exhaust duct cleaned periodically by qualified service personnel
- Do not place items with cooking oil in the dryer to avoid fire risks
- Complete the drying cycle before stopping the dryer unless items can be immediately removed and cooled down.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning the Lint Filter
Keep your unit running safely and efficiently by cleaning the lint filter before and after every load. Remember to unplug the power cord before cleaning to avoid any accidents. Also, make sure the lint filter is always in place when the unit is running. 1. Remove the filters by gently pulling them
outward with your fingers through the designated holes located around the exhaust vent shroud. The filter assembly is comprised of three parts including the exhaust vent shroud, lint filter, and exhaust filter, as illustrated in Figure 1.
2. T o properly clean your ventilation system, begin by removing the "exhaust vent shroud," "lint filter," and "exhaust filter." Taking care not to damage either filter, delicately remove any trapped lint or debris using a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner. Refer to figure 2 to ensure proper handling of the filters.

3. How to Reinstall your Filter: After cleaning, properly assemble the exhaust filter, lint filter, and exhaust vent shroud by aligning the center recesses with the projection in the center of the drum. Be sure to firmly insert the filter, as demonstrated in figure 3.
NOTE: The filter fixed in the bottom of the drum should also be cleaned with a soft brush.
Cleaning the Air Intake Filter
To maintain optimal functionality of your equipment, it is recommended that the filter be cleaned on a monthly basis. Simply remove the air intake shroud by pulling outwards from both the upper and lower ends, then take out the filter and gently clean it with a soft brush. After cleaning, reassemble and reinstall the shroud as previously positioned.
