Manual ZERO-TX

Overview

This section provides a visual overview of the ZERO-TX earphones and their charging case.

Charging Case: Features a USB-C port for charging, an LED indicator light, and internal charge pins to connect with the earphones. The case is designed to hold and charge both earphones.

Earphones: Each earphone has a button for controls, an LED indicator, a microphone (Mic), and charging contacts that align with the case's charge pins. Ear tip sizes are indicated as L (Large), M (Medium), and S (Small).

Quick Start

Follow these steps to begin using your ZERO-TX earphones:

1. Start charging the earphones in the charging box. The red LED on the earphones will turn off when fully charged.
2. Activate Bluetooth® on your transmitting device (e.g., smartphone, tablet).
3. Take both earphones out of the charging box. They will automatically start searching for a device to pair with.
4. Select "ZERO-TX" from the Bluetooth list on your transmitting device to complete the pairing.

Resetting & Wearing

Resetting the Earphones:

To reset the earphones, press and hold the buttons on both earphones for 10 seconds. The LEDs will begin flashing in white and red. After resetting, place both earphones back into the charging box.

Wearing the Earphones:

Insert the earphones carefully into your ears. Ensure the microphone is pointing forward, towards your face, for optimal call quality.

Charging

Earphones:

Insert the earphones into the charging box. The LEDs on the earphones will shine red during the charging process and will turn off once they are fully charged.

Charging Box:

Connect the charging box to a power source using a USB-C cable. The charging box has four LED indicators that show the battery status: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% in sequence as it charges.

Functions

Control your ZERO-TX earphones with simple button presses:

• Power On

  Method 1: Take the earphones out of the charging box.

  Method 2: Press the button for 2 seconds.

• Power Off

  Method 1: Place the earphones back into the charging box.

  Method 2: Press and hold the button for 5 seconds.

• Answer & Hang up Call

  Press the button 1 time (Press x 1).

• Decline Call

  Press and hold the button for 1 second (Press 1 sec.).

• Mute/Unmute Microphone

  During a call, press the button 2 times (Press x 2).

• Switch Audio Output

  During a call, press the button 1 second (Press 1 sec.) to switch audio between your phone and the earphone.

• Play & Pause Music

  Press the button 1 time (Press x 1).

• Skip to Previous Track

  Press the button 3 times (Press x 3).

• Skip to Next Track

  Press the button 2 times (Press x 2).

• Activate Voice Assistant

  Press the button for 2 seconds (Press 2 sec.) to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri or Google Assistant).

• Re-dial Last Calling Number

  Press the button 4 times (Press x 4).

Tips & Warning

Please follow these guidelines for optimal use and safety:

1. Before initial use, please read this manual carefully.
2. Ensure the charging box is fully charged before its first use.
3. If the earphones are not used for approximately one month, please charge them before using them again.

Usage and Storage Warnings:

• Do not store the earphones or charging box in extreme temperatures, specifically below 0 degrees Celsius or above +45 degrees Celsius.
• Keep the devices dry during charging and usage.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earphones and charging box.
