5. Installation step
5.1 Installation demonstration
Pull bar type: Suitable for doors opening inwards (mechanism is inside).
Diagrams show the placement of the operator and arm for an inward-opening door.
Push bar type: Suitable for doors opening inwards (mechanism is inside).
Diagrams show the placement of the operator and arm for an inward-opening door with a push bar.
5.2 Installation of bottom plate
For pull bar type:
Diagrams illustrate fixing the bottom plate to the frame with eight countersunk head screws for both right and left operator positions.
For push bar type:
Diagrams illustrate fixing the bottom plate to the frame with eight countersunk head screws for both right and left operator positions. Ensure a 6mm distance between the bottom of the mounting plate and the door hole.
5.3 Installation of pull bar
- Open the door to 90°, slide the pull guide roller into the track.
- Fix the Pull bar plate as shown.
- Move the plate to ensure the wheel is in the middle position of the track.
- Hold the plate position and fix the first screw near the center of the shaft.
- Close the door, repeat step 3, and fix another screw at the other side.
- Manually move the door to ensure the pull bar works smoothly. Adjustment is requested if any resistance occurs during operation.
- Fix the last screw.
Installation of pull bar guider (Right position): Fix the pull bar on the door leaf with 3 self-tapping screws. Adjust the opening angle using the position stopper.
Installation of pull bar guider (Left position): Fix the pull bar on the door leaf with 3 self-tapping screws. Adjust the opening angle using the position stopper.
5.4 Installation of pull bar for glass door
Diagrams show the installation for glass doors. Tip: Ensure a 25mm space for the glass top to the door frame bottom.
5.5 Installation of push bar
Diagrams show the installation of the push bar. Adjust the push bar length by two screws according to the door frame's depth (L ≤ 250mm).
Installation of push bar for glass door: Automatic door right installation.
5.6 Installation of Glass clamp for push bar
Note: Make sure there is a 10mm gap between the top of the glass and the bottom of the door when using the push arm of the glass door.
Diagrams show the attachment of the glass clamp. Tip: The glass clamp of the push arm shall be fastened on the door wing with 4 plug screws (M6*12). Install the fix plate of the push bar with 2 screws (M5*8) on the glass clamp.
5.7 Mechanism installation
Diagrams illustrate hanging the mechanism on the fixed base cover with screws and assembling/disassembling the mechanism cover.

8. Function of remote
Remote Control Functions (FC04):
- A: Always open
- B: Automatic
- C: Open one time
- D: Full lock
Adding a remote: Press and hold the controller's learning button (L1 Blue LED on), release, then press 'A' on the remote. The remote is added when the Blue LED flashes 3 times.
Deleting a remote: Press and hold the controller's learning button for 9 seconds (L1 turns from blue to flashing). All remotes are deleted. (Attention: Keep the learning button pressed during deletion).
Wireless push button: Adding and deleting wireless push buttons is the same as for remotes. Check DIP switch settings if necessary.
Notes:
- The built-in receiver supports 'always open', 'automatic', 'open one time', and 'full lock' functions. It also works with wireless push button PB04. PB04 can activate the door even when the controller is in 'full lock' mode.
- Exit only function: Connect an outside sensor or button to 'Open-B' and an inside sensor or button to 'Open-A'. Then press the 'full lock' button on the remote.
- Double open mode: Connect the synchronous line as per the manual. Ensure settings are consistent upon power-on. Adjust open/close speed, buffer speed, and hold time if they are not synchronized.
- When operating in double open mode, the transmitter should learn both operators together.
- In double open mode, accessories should be connected to both controllers in parallel.
