Safety Precautions
Never leave the camera in the following places, whether in use or storage:
- Places with high temperatures and/or humidity, or extreme changes in these conditions.
- Sandy or dusty environments.
- Near flammable items and/or explosives.
- Humid places, such as bathrooms or areas exposed to rain.

Identifying Parts
The camera is blue and features a screen protector on the front. The front view shows the lens and a microphone/indicator light. The rear view displays the screen, which shows a photo of children, and includes control buttons labeled: SHUTTER/OK, ON/OFF/BACK, UP, RIGHT, DOWN, and LEFT. A side view highlights the USB Slot and SD Card Slot. A note indicates that if the camera freezes, it can be reset using the provided pin. When viewing images, pressing and holding the UP button allows for deleting one image at a time.
Inserting a Memory Card
Insert the included memory card before turning on the power. To remove the memory card, push it in once.
Resetting the Camera
Pressing the RESET button restores the camera to its initial settings. Use the included card tray pin or another pointed instrument to press RESET.
The camera should be reset under the following conditions:
- Prior to using the unit for the first time after installation.
- If the unit fails to operate properly.
- If strange or incorrect messages appear on the display.
Turning On/Off the Power
- To Turn On: Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the blue indicator light turns on.
- To Turn Off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the blue indicator light turns off.
- Auto Power Off: The camera will automatically turn off if left idle for 3 minutes.
Checking the Remaining Battery
The remaining charge indicator appears in the upper left corner of the screen after turning on the camera.
- Sufficient power remaining
- Battery almost fully charged
- Battery low: Charge the battery soon, or the camera will turn off automatically.
When charging the battery using the micro USB cable, the red charging indicator will light up.
Setting the Date and Time
Set the date and time when using this camera for the first time:
- After turning on the power, the menu list will appear. Select SETTINGS, then press the OK button.
- Select DATE INPUT, then press the OK button.
- Ensure the clock is set correctly, then press the OK button.
Shooting Images
- Select PHOTO, then press the OK button.
- Hold the camera steady by pressing your elbows against your body.
- Position the subject in the center of the focus frame.
- Press the SHUTTER button fully down to take the picture.
- The blue indicator flickers once, indicating the photo has been taken.
Shooting Movies
- Select VIDEO, then press the OK button.
- Hold the camera steady by pressing your elbows against your body.
- Press the SHUTTER button to start recording. A red dot flickering on the screen indicates recording is in progress.
- Press the SHUTTER button again to stop recording.
Recording
To record audio:
- Select RECORDING, then press the OK button.
- Turn the microphone towards the sound source.
- Produce the sound you wish to record.
- Press the SHUTTER button to start recording. The recording indicator light will flicker on the screen.
- Press the SHUTTER button again to stop recording.
Viewing Images
- Select PLAYBACK, then press the OK button.
- Use the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to select an image. Press the OK button to view it.
- Recorded images are stored on the memory card. You can view them on a computer using a memory card reader.
- Ensure you save the image data to your computer's hard disk.
Playing Games
- Select GAME, then press the OK button.
- Use the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to select a game. Press the OK button to play.
- There are five puzzle games available: Gluttonous Snake, Push The Box, Game of Maze, Airplane Shooter, and Guess The Number.
Learning the Various Functions
- When shooting images, use the UP/DOWN buttons to select filter effects and photo frames.
- Items in SETTINGS are categorized by tabs. Select a tab first to quickly navigate to the desired setting.
- In SETTINGS, select PHOTO SIZE to choose image sizes (1.3M, 2M, 3M, 5M, 8M, 12M).
- In SETTINGS, select DELAY CAPTURE to set the Self Timer (2s, 5s, or 10s delay for shutter release).
- In SETTINGS, select BURST to switch the burst mode on/off.
- In SETTINGS, select LANGUAGE to change the system language.
- In SETTINGS, select Volume to adjust the audio volume.
Note on Using the Camera
- Avoid rough handling, modification, disassembly, or impact (e.g., hammering, dropping, stepping on the product). Be especially careful of the lens.
- The camera is not dust-proof, splash-proof, or water-proof. If water enters the camera, it may malfunction.
- Do not aim the camera at the sun or other bright light, as this may cause malfunction.
