How to Use

• Turning On Alarm: Press and hold the Power button on the left side for one second. Both LEDs will flash once, and two loud beeps will sound, indicating the alarm is on.
• Adjusting Volume: Briefly press the V button to cycle through 7 volume levels. Stop pressing when the desired level is reached.
• Tone Adjustment: Briefly press the T button to cycle through 7 tones (Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Si). Stop pressing when the desired tone is heard.
• Adjusting Sensitivity: Briefly press the S button. Each press emits a beep, indicating one of seven sensitivity settings (one beep for lowest, seven for highest).
• Standby Mode: The alarm enters standby mode after 10 seconds of inactivity. It reactivates automatically when a bite occurs.
• Change LED Color: While the alarm is on, press and hold the S button to cycle through multi-color options (blue, red, green, yellow). Release the button when the desired color is displayed. The LED will remain on that color for 10 seconds before turning off.
• Attaching To Rod: This alarm is designed to be attached directly to your rod.
• Drop-back Function: When a drop-back bite occurs, the relevant LED will twinkle, and the alarm will emit a continuous low sound. The LED color remains white for ten seconds after the alarm stops.
• Memory Function: All settings are automatically saved for the next use.
• Turning Off the Alarm: Press and hold the Power button for one second. Both LEDs will flash once, and one low beep will sound, indicating the alarm is off.
• Charging: Turn off the alarm before charging. Attach the magnetic charging cable to the charging port on the lower back. Two short beeps will sound, and the multi-color run LED will light up, dimming and brightening periodically. The LED turns green when fully charged.

Kind Reminder: Only the paired transmitter can activate and receive responses from the receiver.

How to Use

• Turning On Receiver: Press and hold the Power button. The torch and run LEDs will flash once in sequence, and two loud beeps will sound.
• Adjusting Volume: Briefly press the V button to cycle through 7 volume levels.
• Choosing Alarm Mode: Press the M button to select one of three modes: RING MODE (receiver beeps only), RING & VIBRATION MODE (receiver beeps and vibrates), or VIBRATION MODE (receiver vibrates only).
• Pairing Receiver With Alarms: Ensure both alarm and receiver are on. Press and hold the M and V buttons on the receiver for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode (all run LEDs flash twice and turn off). Pull a string through the alarm's roller. The alarm and receiver will flash and beep together to confirm pairing. Up to four alarms can be paired with one receiver. Briefly press the Power button to exit pairing mode.
• Canceling Connection To Alarms: Press and hold the M and V buttons on the receiver for three seconds. Run LEDs will flash twice and remain on, corresponding to paired alarms. Briefly press the M button to select an LED, which will then dim and brighten periodically. Press and hold the M button to un-pair the selected alarm. Repeat for more alarms. To quickly cancel all paired alarms, press and hold the V button after entering canceling mode. Briefly press the Power button to exit canceling mode.
• Turning Off Receiver: Press and hold the Power button. The torch and run LEDs will flash once, and one beep will sound.
• Charging: Turn off the receiver before charging. Attach the magnetic charging cable to the charging port on the lower back. Two short beeps will sound, and the first run LED will light up, dimming and brightening periodically. The LED turns green when fully charged.

APP Connection (Only Available for the Bluetooth version BITEKEEPER Pro)

1. Search for "Bitekeeper" or "Rippton" on Google Play Store, Samsung Galaxy Apps (Android), or App Store (iOS), or scan the QR code to install the app. Requires Android System 8.0+ or iOS 9.0+.
2. Open the "Bitekeeper" app and tap "Enter".
3. Alternatively, open the "Rippton" app, tap "Device", and select the "Bite Keeper" interface.
4. Enable "Bluetooth" in your mobile device's settings and allow "Rippton" access. After powering on the receiver and alarms, they will automatically connect to your mobile device via the app.

You can adjust the settings of the bite alarm set on the app.

Rippton reserves the right to amend and/or interpret all contents in this manual.

A 24-month guarantee is provided from the date of purchase, covering defects in the drive unit, electrical and electronic parts, faulty material, or workmanship. It does not cover batteries, damage from improper use, breakage, or normal wear. The guarantee is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made.

The guarantee period for rechargeable batteries and rechargeable LI-ION batteries is 6 months from the date of purchase.
