1. Plug t he first HDM I cable int o t he HDM I OUTPUT on t he player and int o the HDM I input on the Hom e Theat re Syst em .

CONNECTING THE PLAYER
 HDM I can t ransmit bot h audio and video signals over a single cable. If you
have an HDM I capable receiver t hat can support HDM I audio, you can simply run an HDM I cable from t he player t o your receiver and enable HDM I audio on t he receiver (see your receiver's owners' manual for more informat ion). The receiver usually has an HDM I out put t hat you can connect t o your TV t o pass t he video signal.
 HDM I is a wonderful t hing. A single cable can t ransport bot h audio AND
video from your player t o your display. Be aware, however, t hat HDM I is an evolving st andard, and t here could be compat ibilit y issues. A receiver t hat support s audio input over HDM I is required.
 Some receivers offer HDM I port s solely for video swit ching. If your receiver
does not have audio input capabilit y, please read t he following sect ions regarding ot her connect ion met hods.
 In order t o play mult i-channel audio for all format s, t he receiver must
support HDM I v1.1 or lat er. A receiver t hat support s HDM I v1.3 w it h decoding capabilit y for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD M ast er Audio is preferred. Please check t he specificat ions of your receiver t o ensure t hat it meet s t he requirement s.
 Due t o bandwidt h lim it at ions, high resolut ion audio format s such as Dolby
Digit al Plus, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD High Resolut ion and DTS-HD M ast er Audio cannot be sent t hrough t he coaxial digit al audio out put . A reduced resolut ion version of t he same audio t rack will be out put inst ead. To list en t o high resolut ion audio format s in t heir best qualit y, please use t he HDM I connect ion if you have a receiver t hat handles HDM I audio.

File Playback from Disc or USB
The files supported for playback are: Video - AVI (Xvid), VOB, Music MP3, Image - JPG. Insert your disc or connect your USB thumb drive and press the USB button.

FAQS
No Video displayed on TV

Player does not respond to remote
· Clear any obst acle bet w een t he remot e and t he player. · Try moving closer or reduce t he angle t o t he player · Check t he condit ion of t he bat t eries and replace if necessary. · Clean t he sensor panel on t he player.
No audio during DVD/ file
· Check t he audio out put of t he player is set correct ly. · If using ext ernal amplifier/ speakers, ensure connect ions are correct and amp is t urned on. · Check input on TV/ M onit or. · Check files audio t rack is support ed by t his player.
Disc playback is jerky
· Check t he condit ion of t he disc. If surface is dam aged or scrat ched repair or replace if necessary.
Video file playback is jerky and stops
· Check t he file is compat ible w it h player. · Check resolut ion of file. High Definit ion files may cause int ermit t ent playback issues. Reduce resolut ion and bit rat e of file t o improve playback.
Abnormal Player operations
· Turn t he player off and unplug t he player from w all. Wait for 1 or 2 m inut es and plug back in. Player should now funct ion normally.
Disc is locked in player
· If t he player w ill not eject disc. Turn t he pow er OFF and t hen ON again. Immediat ely press t he OPEN/ CLOSE but t on (32) t o open t he t ray.
Some files do not play back. W hat files are supported?
