This air purifier is designed to remove airborne particles from indoor air.
Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical products, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed:
- If the power cord or unit does not work, contact Medify Customer Service immediately.
- Read all instructions before using.
DANGER - To Reduce the Risk of Electrical Shock:
- Always unplug the air purifier from the electrical outlet immediately after using it and before cleaning or replacing filters.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Always place the air purifier on a firm, leveled surface.
- Place the air purifier at least 12 inches away from walls and 3 feet from heat sources.
- Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water; unplug it immediately.
- Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
- Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
- Keep dry – do not operate in wet or moist conditions.
- Check your air purifier cord and plug connections. Faulty wall outlet connections or loose plugs can cause overheating. Ensure the plug fits tightly in the outlet.
- Note: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of shock, this plug is intended to fit only one way in a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
WARNING — To Reduce the Risk of Burns, Fire, Electric Shock, or Injury to Persons:
- Always unplug the air purifier when not in use.
- Do not operate the air purifier with a damaged cord or plug, or if it malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged. Contact www.medifyair.com for examination, adjustment, or repair.
- Prohibited use beyond power specifications. Use only a 110V unit with a 110V power supply. Using a 110V plug with a 220V power supply can break or ruin the circuit boards.
- This air purifier is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar moist indoor locations.
- Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover it with rugs. Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas.
- To disconnect, first turn controls to the off position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
- Do not tilt or move the air purifier while it is in operation. Shut it off and unplug it before moving.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening, as this may cause electrical shock, fire, or damage.
- Do not block air intakes or exhaust. Do not use on soft surfaces like a bed where openings may become blocked.
- Use this air purifier only for its intended use as described in this manual.
- Do not use outdoors.
- This product is intended for household use only.

Product Components
The air purifier consists of the following parts:
- Grille Cover
- True H13 HEPA / Carbon Filter
- Control Panel

Control Panel Overview
The control panel features the following buttons:
- Child-Lock: Press and hold for 3 seconds to lock/unlock all functional buttons.
- Timer: Cycles through timer settings: 1, 2, 4, 8 hours, and off. Press until all timer LEDs are off to cancel.
- On/Off: Powers the unit on or off.
- Speed: Selects fan speed (low, medium, high).
- Dimmer: Adjusts the backlight brightness of the control panel buttons.
How to Use
Before Turning the Unit On:
- Remove the air purifier from the box.
- Remove the clear protective plastic bag from the unit and from both filters.
- Place the air purifier on a firm, leveled surface.
- Plug the power cord into a standard AC outlet.
Power Button and Fan Speed Settings:
- Press the power button to turn the unit on.
- The air purifier has 3 fan speed settings: low (1), medium (2), and high (3). Press the fan speed button to cycle through the settings.
Timer:
- Press the timer button until the desired setting (1, 2, 4, 8 hours, or off) is lit.
- To cancel the timer, press the timer button until all timer LEDs are off. The unit will run continuously when the timer is off.
Dimmer:
- Press the dimmer button to change the backlight brightness. There are 4 brightness levels. The green backlight will turn off for 1 second when the dimmer button is pressed.
Child-Lock Button:
- Press and hold the child-lock button for 3 seconds to lock all functional buttons. Press and hold again for 3 seconds to unlock.
Filter Replacement
Replace Filter Light:
The 'replace filter' light illuminates when it is time to replace the True HEPA H13 filter based on the unit's hours of use.
Replacing the True HEPA H13 Filter:
- For optimal performance, replace the filter every 2,500 hours of normal usage.
- After replacing the filter, press and hold the dimmer button for 3 seconds to reset the indicator light.
- Unplug the air purifier. Open the filter grille covers on the left and right sides of the unit by pushing the lock tabs at the top of the covers.
- Remove the grilles from the unit.
- Pull the tabs to remove the old filter.
- Install a new genuine Medify replacement filter with the white tab facing out (tabs will be visible).
- Align the tabs at the bottom of the grille covers with the unit. Gently push the grille covers until they snap back into place.
- Plug the power cord into a standard AC outlet. Press and hold the dimmer button for 3 seconds to reset the indicator.

This product earned the ENERGY STAR by meeting strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. EPA. The U.S. EPA does not endorse any manufacturer claims of healthier indoor air from the use of this product. The energy efficiency of this ENERGY STAR qualified model is measured based on a ratio between the model's CADR for dust and the electrical energy it consumes (CADR/Watt).
Troubleshooting

Lifetime Warranty
Medify Air guarantees your Medify Air purifier to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a lifetime period, provided you have completed and returned your warranty registration to Medify Air within the first 90 days of purchase. Within the first 90 days, Medify Air will replace the defective unit at no charge and reimburse shipping charges. After 90 days, Medify Air's obligation and liability under this Lifetime Warranty are dependent on your following the instructions outlined in this manual. Prohibited use that causes the product to not function properly will void the warranty.
Important: Use only a 110-120V unit with a 110-120V power supply. Using a 110V plug with a 220V power supply can break or ruin the circuit boards.
The Lifetime Warranty remains in effect if:
- Warranty registration is submitted to Medify Air within 90 days of purchase.
- A proper power supply (110-120V) is used.
- There is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, or modification. Any repair resulting in damage or performance issues will void the warranty.
