Watch Appearance

The smartwatch features a power button, a full touch screen, and a return key. It also includes a charging port, a body temperature sensor, and a heart rate sensor.

Instructions for First Use

  1. Install APP: Scan the QR code or search for "V Band" in your mobile app store (App Store/Baidu Assistant) to download and install the application.
  2. Install the System: Ensure your device is compatible with Android 4.4+, iOS 8.4+, and Bluetooth 5.0+
  3. Audio Bluetooth Connection: Navigate to your phone's Bluetooth settings, find "MVxx-Audio", and connect. This connection is necessary for making calls and listening to music.

Bracelet Functions

Instructions

  1. Charging: Ensure the watch is fully charged before first use. Align the charging head with the magnetic charging port. Use a 5V charging head for 2-3 hours of continuous charging. The charging icon will appear on the watch screen.
  2. Turning On: In the shutdown state, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The watch will also turn on automatically when charging.
  3. Shutting Down: Long press the power button to access the shutdown interface. Select 'YES' to shut down. Alternatively, go to Settings > System Settings > Shut down. You can also restart or reset from this interface.
  4. Interface Navigation:
    • Brightness Adjustment: Click the brightness icon, use '+' to increase and '-' to decrease brightness.
    • Do Not Disturb: Click to enter the do not disturb mode. Set the time period on the APP.
    • Swipe Gestures: Swipe right for music playback, swipe up for messages, swipe down for the shortcut interface, and swipe left for the function list.
  5. Set Interface: Slide down to enter the shortcut interface to access flashlight, brightness, do not disturb, audio Bluetooth, find phone, and settings.
  6. System Settings: Access theme selection, screen brightness time, system settings, and style switching. You can also enter the phone search interface.

Language Setting Interface

Set the language for the watch. Options include Chinese (Simplified, Traditional), Japanese, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Polish, Malaysian, and Thai. You can also set it to follow the phone's system language.

Calculator Interface

A built-in calculator is available.

After Sale

The company provides a three-guarantee policy for quality problems within the warranty period. Replacement of accessories due to human damage may incur charges.

General Questions

  1. Pairing Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, the distance is within 0.5 meters for pairing, and within 10 meters for communication. Check if the bracelet has power.
  2. Bluetooth Connection Failures: Sometimes, restarting the phone's Bluetooth or the phone itself can resolve connection issues.
  3. Restore Factory Settings: In the app, go to "my-band management" and select "restore factory settings".
  4. Firmware Update: Connect the bracelet to the phone, go to "Bracelet Management" in the app, and select "Firmware Upgrade".
  5. Sound Issues: If the sound is muffled after swimming or washing hands, water may be in the sound hole. Shake the device with the sound hole facing downwards to clear the water.
