Bluetooth Remote Pairing
Step 1: Press and hold the Voice/Microphone button on the remote control. Then, press and hold the [OK] and [Return] buttons together until the indicator light starts flashing. This indicates the remote is in pairing mode.
Step 2: Press the "OK" button again. The pairing process typically takes about 15 seconds.
Tip: If pairing fails, check the remote's distance from the TV box, ensure the battery is functioning correctly, or go to "Bluetooth" in System Settings and select "RC-200" for pairing.
Remote Control Button Definitions
- Navigation: Press to navigate left/right or up/down.
- OK: Press OK to confirm your selection.
- Volume (+/-): Increase or decrease volume.
- Voice Control: Press the button and follow on-screen instructions to pair via Bluetooth.
- Settings: Access system settings.

Problem Solving

Connection Diagram
HDMI Connection:
- Connect one side of the HDMI cable to the product interface and the other side to your television.
- Adjust the TV's screen output settings to 720p or 1080p and then switch to the corresponding HDMI component video mode on the TV.
A/V Connection:
If your television doesn't have an HDMI connection, you can connect it using the AV cable. Connect one side of the AV cable to the product's interface and the other side to the television.
Network Connection:
- Wi-Fi: Once Wi-Fi is enabled, select a network name and enter the password.
- Ethernet: If using a network cable, select [DHCP] in the network settings.
Settings
Move to the [SETUP] icon and press the [OK] button to enter the system settings. Configure the display position of your Smart TV Box screen via Settings -> Display -> Display position.
