Montering av hylla Hyllor som överstiger höjd 1220 mm levereras i delar och monteras ihop på plats. Använd en skyddsunderlag för att skydda hyllan vid monteringen. Montera ihop hyllan med baksidan uppåt. Använd medföljande skruv 5,0 x80. De båda yttre pelarna monteras 150 mm cc från hyllans ytterkant. Hyllor över breddmått 1600 mm har 3 pelare. Den tredje pelaren placeras då centrerat på hyllan. 1. Assembling the shelf Shelves over 1220 mm in height are supplied in parts and assembled in place. Place something soft on the floor to protect the shelf during assembly. Assemble the shelf on its back. Use the supplied 5.0x80 screws. The two outer column are fitted 150 mm cc from the outer edges of the shelf. Shelves over 1600 mm in width have 3 column. The third column is fitted in the centre of the shelf. Skruva fast hyllan i vägg med medföljande skruv 5,0 X 80 eller välj annan skruv beroende på väggens utformning. Screw the shelf to the wall. Use a protective mat to protect the shelf during assembly. The number of columns and shelves varies depending on the finished size of the shelf. Trä igenom pelarna i hyllornas hål enligt bild. Viktigt att placera hyllorna rätt i ordning, den nedre och övre hyllan ska ha urtag för kloss med nyckelhålsbeslag. Placera även hyllorna rätt som framkant o bakkant enligt bild. Place something soft on the floor to protect the shelf during assembly. Thread the pillars through the holes of the shelves as shown. It is important to place the shelves in the correct order, the lower and upper shelf must have recesses for blocks with keyhole fittings. also place the shelves correctly as the front edge and back edge as shown in the picture. 2. 2. 1. 1. 1. 1. 3. 1. Install screw through block and into pillar (4,5 x 70). 6. Montera skruv i nyckelhålsbeslag/hylla (3,5 x 30). Install screw in keyhole fitting/shelf (3,5 x 30). 10 Version 2023-02 A. 4. Pre-drill the rest of the blocks through screw holes into the pillars with a Ø 2 mm drill bit. 8. Placera trälim i plugghålen. Place wood glue in the dowel holes. 9. Montera skruv genom kloss och in i pelare (4,0x70). Install screw through block and into pillar (4,0x70). 7. 8. Spira 9. 10. Vänd runt hyllan så att framsidan blir uppåt. 10. Turn the shelf around so that the front is facing up. 11. Applicera trälim i plugghålen på hyllan. Apply wood glue to the dowel holes on the shelf. 12. Applicera en tejp över klossen. Använd skyddsunderlag för att skydda hyllan vid monteringen. Trä igenom pelarna i hyllornas hål enligt bild. Montera hyllorna med hål för stödklossarna nedåt. Place something soft on the floor to protect the shelf during assembly. Thread the pillars through the holes of the shelves as shown. Mount the shelves with the holes for the support blocks downwards. SkyddsunderlagProtective underlay Ner/Down 2. För att få hyllan vinkelrätt gör kryssmätning under hela montaget. Place the shelves according to the attached construction drawing. 4. Montera samtliga bakre vinklad kloss med skruvhål. Install all rear angled blocks with screw holes. 5. Applicera trälim i hyllans plugghål. Apply wood glue to the dowel holes on the shelf. 6. Förborra i klossarnas skruvhål in i pelare med Ø 2 mm borr. Pre-drill the screw holes of the blocks into the pillars with a Ø 2 mm drill. 7. Montera skruv genom kloss och in i pelare (4,5 x 70). Mount the shelf against the wall, set the shelf level using the adjustable feet. 12 +20 mm - 0 mm 13 Skruva fast fästlisten i hyllplan (3,5x35) och sedan i vägg ( väggskruv ingår inte ). Montera fästlisten där den syns minst. Screw the fastening strip to the shelf (3,5x35) and then to the wall. ( wall screw not included ).
