Safety & Warnings
Read all instructions before use. Retain for future reference. Do not skip or modify steps.
- Consult physician before starting any exercise program, especially if taking medication affecting heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol.
- Stop exercising if experiencing pain, chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or nausea. Consult physician.
- Wear comfortable, fitting sports shoes and clothing. Stop and consult physician if discomfort occurs.
- Intended for adult use only. Keep children and pets away. Do not leave children unattended. Contact with moving surface can cause friction burns.
- Do not get on or off the treadmill while it is moving to avoid injury or damage.
- The treadmill has an emergency stop mechanism. Test the safety lock before training.
- Always attach the safety key to clothing while exercising. If the treadmill stops, re-insert the key to resume.
- In emergencies, pull the safety lock to stop immediately.
- When not in use, remove the safety key and store it safely.
- Unplug the power cord when not in use.
- Designed for consumer use. Follow directions.
- After assembly, inspect all hardware to ensure it is secure.
- Dry the treadmill after each use. Wipe with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and water.
- Ensure at least 50 cm of free space on each side and 200 cm behind the equipment for safety.
- Ensure all components are present before assembly.
- Use equipment only as intended. If defective components are found or unusual noises occur, cease use immediately and contact help.kogan.com. Do not use until resolved.
- Keep fingers and objects away from moving parts.
- Be careful when setting up and folding the treadmill. Keep hands clear of hinges.

- The visible joint mark on the running belt is normal and does not affect performance.

Swallowing button batteries can cause serious injury or death within 2 hours due to chemical burns and perforation. If swallowed, immediately call the 24-hour Poisons Information Centre: 13 11 26 (Australia) or 0800 764 766 (New Zealand).
Examine devices to ensure battery compartments are secure (e.g., screw tightened). Do not use if insecure. Dispose of used button batteries safely; flat batteries can still be dangerous. Inform others about the risks and how to keep children safe.

Function Buttons & Display

Remote Control
Front:
- Start/Stop button: Starts or stops the treadmill.
- Speed increase button: Press to increase speed by 0.5 km/h.
- Speed decrease button: Press to decrease speed by 0.5 km/h.
- Mode button: Switches between Manual and Automatic modes.
- Lanyard hole: For attaching the safety lanyard.
Rear:
- Battery cover: Houses the remote control battery.
Assembly
Step 1:
- Ensure the handrail is firmly locked in place.
- Lift the rear of the treadmill until the transport wheels touch the floor.
- Move the treadmill to your desired location. Avoid soft cushions or thick carpets.
Step 2:
- Loosen the handrail locks on both sides.
- Raise the handrail to a vertical position.
- Tighten both handrail locks.
Step 3:
- Carefully unfold the treadmill, keeping hands clear of the hinges.
- Press the rear of the treadmill down until it is completely flat.
- Rotate the treadmill feet to ensure it sits perfectly flat.
Step 4:
- Unlock the handrail adjustment levers.
- Raise the handrail to the desired height, observing adjustment markings.
- Lock the handrail adjustment lever back in place.
Step 5:
- Install the safety key.
- Connect the power cord to the treadmill power input.
- Plug the power cord into a power outlet and turn the power switch to the ON position.
Step 6:
- Download and install the "KS Fit" App from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Open the App and follow the prompts to connect to your treadmill.
Operation
Walking Configuration
In this configuration, the handrail is horizontal. The initial maximum speed is limited to 3 km/h.
A maximum speed of 6 km/h can be unlocked by:
- Completing the beginner guide on the "KS Fit" app.
- Walking on the treadmill for 1 km.
- Setting the speed to 6 km/h in the "KS Fit" app.
Both Manual and Automatic modes are available in walking configuration.
Running Configuration
In this configuration, the handrail is vertical. The maximum speed increases to 10 km/h.
Only Manual mode is available in running configuration.
Turning the Treadmill On and Off
- Press the Power button on the treadmill or the Mode button on the remote control to turn it on. The treadmill will enter Manual mode by default.
- Alternatively, press the Manual or Automatic buttons on the remote to power on and enter the respective mode.
- To turn off, press the power button on the treadmill or press and hold the Mode button on the remote control.
Manual Mode
Use the remote control to adjust speed. It is recommended to start with Manual mode.
- Speed increase button: Press to increase speed by 0.5 km/h.
- Speed decrease button: Press to decrease speed by 0.5 km/h.
- Start/Stop button: Press to stop the treadmill. Press again to resume.
- Mode button: Press to switch between Manual and Automatic modes.
Automatic Mode
Adjust speed without the remote. Recommended for advanced users. Automatic mode is only available when the handrail is lowered (walking configuration).
- Increase speed: Speed increases when entering the front zone of the belt.
- Decrease speed: Speed decreases when entering the rear zone of the belt.
- Start/Stop button: Press to stop the treadmill. Press again to resume.
- Mode button: Press to switch between Manual and Automatic modes.
Display Metrics Explained:
- TIME: Shows elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds.
- DISTANCE: Displays accumulative distance travelled during your workout.
- SPEED: Displays workout speed value in km/h.
- STEPS: Displays accumulative steps travelled during your workout.
- CALORIES: Displays calories burned at any given time during your workout.
Cleaning & Care
Cleaning the Treadmill
- Disconnect power before cleaning.
- Use a 100% cotton cloth with a small amount of mild detergent. Do not spray detergent directly on the belt or use acidic/corrosive detergents.
- Do not wipe under the walking belt.
Belt Adjustment Correction
If the treadmill belt slips or is out of alignment:
- Start the treadmill at 3 km/h.
- To adjust belt left: Turn the left adjusting hole screw clockwise by 1/4 turn.
- To adjust belt right: Turn the right adjusting hole screw clockwise by 1/4 turn.
- To adjust belt tension: Turn both left and right adjusting screws clockwise by 1/2 turn simultaneously.
- After each adjustment, run the treadmill for 1-2 minutes to check. Adjust again if necessary.
Belt Lubrication
- Disconnect power before lubricating.
- Lift the edge of the walking belt and apply 5-10ml of silicone oil to the inner surface. Do not apply too much oil, as it may cause the belt to slip.
- Run the treadmill at 3 km/h for approximately 10-20 seconds.
- Lubricate the belt every 3 months.
Troubleshooting
Note on Belt Seam: The visible line or mark on the belt is the seam. This is not a fault and does not affect operation.
Remote Control Pairing
If the remote control is unresponsive or batteries were replaced, re-pair by pressing and holding the mode button for 5 seconds.
Note on Remote Response: If the remote is not responding, the battery may be flat and needs replacement.
Connection Indicator
- FLICKERING: Treadmill is NOT connected to the App.
- OFF: Treadmill IS connected to the App.
