 Quick Start Guide ­ Compressor Operation
 STEP 1: Pre-Start Inspection  Check the following before starting:
·  Air intakes are on and connected ·  Pumps and motor have oil and are full ·  Gas tank is full ·  Filters are in place ·  Battery is connected
 STEP 2: Starting the Compressor · If using an R-15 pump with head unloaders, set head unloader toggle to horizontal (unloaded) ·  When cold, pull the choke out before turning the key ·  For the first 10­15 seconds: o Keep choke on o Keep pump unloaded ·  Then: o Slowly push the choke in o Flip the unloader valve toggle to begin building pressure
 STEP 3: Analyzer Setup & Warm-Up ·  Turn on analyzers and calibrate to 20.9% ·  Use the regulator (turn clockwise) to build pressure to 80­100 psi ·  Heater thermostat will activate--warm up for 20­30 minutes ·  Adjust regulator to reach desired gas mix %
 STEP 4: Shutting Down ·  Flip up unloader valve toggle to unload and cool down (15­20 seconds) ·  Turn the key off ·  Turn off analyzers
