System Requirements & Notes

System/Cable Requirements: Requires a USB Type-C port supporting USB 3.0 (5Gbps). For laptop charging, the host USB-C port must support USB PD 2.0. An optional USB-C power adapter (e.g., the laptop's adapter) may be needed.
Note on USB-C Port: The hub's USB-C port exclusively supports USB charging. It does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode or data transfer. It is important to verify that your laptop's USB-C port fully supports USB Type-C specifications, particularly USB Power Delivery 2.0, for optimal functionality. The hub can connect to laptops with USB-C ports that do not support USB Power Delivery 2.0, but the laptop will not receive power even if the AC adapter is connected to the hub.
USB 3.0 Naming: USB 3.0 is also referred to as USB 3.1 Gen 1, offering speeds up to 5Gbps.
