The "Keep Warm" function allows you to keep food warm after cooking is finished.

  1. Prepare the desired tray for cooking as described in point 3.5.1. Then press the "Start" button to begin cooking.
  2. After cooking has started, press the "Keep Warm" icon. (You can also press the "Keep Warm" icon before starting to cook.)

Cooking

Cooking Process Steps:

  1. Remove the cooking basket and place it on a flat, clean surface.
  2. Place food in the cooking basket. Then insert the basket into the appliance, ensuring it is correctly seated.
  3. Plug in the appliance and select the desired cooking program. Then start the cooking process.
  4. When the selected cooking time has expired, an audible warning signal will sound, and the appliance will automatically stop cooking.
  5. Remove the basket and check if the food is fully cooked. If additional cooking is needed, you can extend the cooking time slightly.
  6. When the process is complete, transfer the cooked food to a bowl or plate.

To ensure even cooking, carefully remove and shake the cooking basket halfway through the cooking process, or use tongs to turn the food to avoid scratching the basket.

Perform this procedure more often if you are cooking for a long cycle or want crispier food.

Remedies under the legal guarantee of conformity according to OUG no. 140/2021

(please refer to the provisions below)

ARCTIC guarantees all legal rights provided by OUG no. 140/2021 for the benefit of consumers regarding the legal guarantee of conformity. The provisions of this legal guarantee of conformity certificate are supplemented, as appropriate, by the provisions of OUG no. 140/2021.

In case of non-conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods brought into conformity, to benefit from a proportional price reduction, or to terminate the contract, under the conditions of the law - Art. 11 (1).

Consumers may opt for a specific corrective measure if the non-conformity of the goods is found shortly after delivery, within 30 calendar days - Art. 11 (7).

For the goods to be brought into conformity, the consumer may opt between repair and replacement, unless the chosen corrective measure is impossible or, compared to the other available corrective measure, would impose disproportionate costs on the seller, taking into account all circumstances (e.g., the value of the goods if there had been no non-conformity, the severity of the non-conformity, or if the alternative corrective measure could be executed without significant inconvenience to the consumer) - Art. 11 (2).

Incorrect Installation of Goods (Art. 7)

Any non-conformity caused by incorrect installation of goods is considered a non-conformity of the goods in any of the following situations:

Proof of Non-conformity

Any non-conformity that is found within one year from the date the goods (including those with digital elements) were delivered is presumed to have already existed at the time of delivery of the goods, unless proven otherwise, or unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the non-conformity - Art. 10 (1).

In the case of goods with digital elements for which the sales contract provides for the continuous supply of digital content or digital services for a certain period, the burden of proof regarding the conformity of the digital content or digital service during the legal guarantee periods lies with the seller in case of non-conformity that is identified during this period - Art. 10 (3).

Remedy by Repair

If the non-conformity is remedied by repair, the legal guarantee periods are extended by the time the good is out of service, from the moment the non-conformity was reported to the seller until the effective delivery of the good in normal use condition to the consumer - Art. 12 (6).

Remedy by Replacement

If the non-conformity is remedied by replacement, for goods that replace non-conforming goods, the legal guarantee periods begin to run from the date of replacement with the new product - Art. 12 (7).

Price Reduction and Termination of Contract

The consumer is entitled to either obtain a proportional price reduction in accordance with the law, or to terminate the sales contract under the conditions of the law, in any of the following cases - Art. 11(4):

The consumer has the right to suspend payment of a part of the price of the goods or of a part thereof until the seller has fulfilled their obligations under the law - Art. 11(6). The price reduction is proportional to the decrease in the value of the goods received by the consumer compared to the value the goods would have had if they had been in conformity - Art.13.

Termination of Contract:

The legal guarantee for hidden defects is applicable under the law, according to OG no. 21/1992 (revised) on consumer protection, OUG no. 140/2021 and the Civil Code. A hidden defect is a qualitative deficiency of a delivered product or a provided service that was not known and could not have been known by the consumer through ordinary means of verification.
