1. EarFun Audio App
Download the EarFun Audio app to enjoy a more enhanced experience with your EarFun Air Pro 4. The app allows you to update your earphones' firmware for optimal performance. If you encounter connection issues, try reinstalling or updating the app.

2. Pairing Earphones
Initial Pairing with Device
- Remove the protective film from the earbuds. ❌
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
- Open the charging case lid; the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device and select "EarFun Air Pro 4" from the list to connect. ?
Pairing with Two Bluetooth Devices Simultaneously
Option A: Easily set up dual device connection using the EarFun Audio App's dual connection feature.
Option B:
- Connect to Device A.
- Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 3 seconds until the white LED flashes rapidly. ⚙️
- Connect to Device B.
- Reconnect to Device A.
3. Wearing Detection
When you remove an earbud, playback will automatically pause. When you put it back in, playback will resume, or you can answer calls (Note: VoIP calls are not supported). You can enable or disable ear detection in the EarFun Audio app. ?
4. LDAC
How to enable/disable LDAC:
- Confirm that your Android device supports LDAC. (iOS devices do not support LDAC).
- Install the EarFun Audio app and ensure your earphones are connected to the app.
- In the app settings, select "Bluetooth Audio Quality" and toggle LDAC on or off. Confirm the prompt. The earphones will restart.
5. Reset and Reconnect
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
- Press and hold the charging case button (reset button) for 8 seconds until the white LED flashes 3 times rapidly. ⚙️ ⚡
- Delete the previous Bluetooth record from your device.
- Enable Bluetooth and reconnect. ?

Activate Voice Assistant

- Q: How to resolve noise issues?
- A: Choose the correct ear tips and rotate the earphones for a secure fit. A slight background noise in quiet environments with ANC mode is normal for all ANC earphones.
- Q: I cannot hear the other person clearly during calls.
- A: Adjust the position of the earphones so the voice microphone faces the speaker. Ensure your Bluetooth device is set to use the earphone's microphone for calls. ?
- Q: I cannot connect the earphones to the app.
- A: Verify that Bluetooth connection and location permissions are enabled for the app. These permissions do not affect your privacy. Consider downloading the latest app version or reinstalling the app.
- Q: The sound quality is not as expected.
- A: We recommend personalizing your audio settings using the EQ feature in the EarFun Audio app.
- Q: Why is the connection unstable or intermittent?
- A: Check for obstructions between the earphones and your Bluetooth device, and avoid interference from Wi-Fi signals. The maximum Bluetooth range is 15m (49 ft) without obstacles, but actual range may vary based on usage and environment.
- Q: Is the charging case waterproof?
- A: The earphones are sweat and water-resistant, but the charging case is not waterproof. ?
