Assembling Hose to Faucet

1. Remove the stainless steel garden hose from the package and completely unwind it.
2. Before using the garden hose, ensure the rubber washers (included) are firmly set inside the two connectors.
3. Attach any spray nozzle or irrigation accessory to the outlet of the garden hose.
4. Attach the garden hose inlet to your home's water supply.
5. Turn on the tap from your home's water supply to the garden hose.

Storing Your Garden Hose

You can store your stainless steel garden hose on a hose reel or coil it next to your faucet. To extend the life of your hose, store it out of direct sunlight.

NOTE: When finished watering, release the water pressure before storing. Shut off your water and remove or open the nozzle to prolong the hose's life.

• The stainless steel garden hose is NOT intended for drinking/potable water use. Do NOT drink from any garden hose. Wash hands after use.
• Water in ANY garden hose may become contaminated and cause serious health effects.
• Strangulation hazard: Hose wrapped around the neck may cause serious injury or death.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• For general OUTDOOR USE ONLY in applications under 100 PSI.
• NOT for commercial applications, hot water applications, or high-pressure applications (such as pressure washers). Improper use may result in serious personal injury and/or damage or destroy the hose.
• DO NOT leave this garden hose unattended when it is in use or under pressure.
• This garden hose is NOT a toy.

Our Warranty

All Season Power warrants new, genuine, powered and non-powered Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase or delivery by the original purchaser when bought from All Season Power or an authorized seller with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers. For questions about authorized sellers, contact shopjoe.com/support or call 1-866-225-9723. If a product defect arises, All Season Power will, at its discretion, either send a free replacement part, replace the product with a new or comparable product, or repair the product.

Product Registration

All Season Power encourages product registration at shopjoe.com/register, via chat at shopjoe.com/support, or by calling Customer Service at 1-866-225-9723. Registration helps All Season Power better serve customer needs, though it does not affect warranty rights.

Who Can Seek Limited Warranty Coverage

This Warranty is extended by All Season Power to the original purchaser and original owner of the Product.

What Is Not Covered?

This Warranty does not apply to products used commercially, for non-household or rental applications, or purchased from unauthorized sellers. It also does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance. Wearable parts like belts, augers, chains, and tines are not covered and can be purchased at shopjoe.com or by calling 1-866-225-9723.

We encourage the use of CERTIFIED AUTHENTIC replacement parts and accessories. Damage caused by using other parts or accessories will void the warranty. Genuine parts and accessories can be found by entering your product's model number at shopjoe.com.

Registering your product at shopjoe.com/register provides an additional 90 days of warranty coverage. Extended warranty coverage options (1, 2, or 3 years) are available through Extend, Inc. for additional charges.

There are no warranties extending beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are limited in duration to the duration of this Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

All Season Power shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this Limited Warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. This warranty supersedes those printed in product manuals.
