How to Receive Your Cookware
- Apply for your reward online at www.monogramrewards.com.
- Retain a copy of all submitted materials for your records, as well as a record of the date your reward request was submitted online.
- Promotion submission must be submitted online no later than July 31, 2026.

If you do not have a serial number because your appliance will not be delivered prior to July 31, 2026, please submit your claim online (without the serial number) prior to the cutoff date and call us at 1-888-336-5099 to request a one-month extension (to August 31, 2026) to submit your claim. You will be notified via email once we process your claim that we need your serial number. When you have your serial number, update your existing claim online or call 1-888-336-5099 for the claim to be processed. Your serial number must be submitted by August 31, 2026 for promotion to be valid.
