Operation
Placement
This unit is designed to operate in a working environment between 5°C (41°F) and 32°C (90°F).
Ensure adequate clearance:
- More than 40cm (approx. 16 inches) from the front.
- More than 20cm (approx. 8 inches) from the sides.
- More than 20cm (approx. 8 inches) from the back.
Casters
Casters are installed at four points on the bottom of the unit. Do not force casters to move over carpet, nor move the unit with water in the bucket, as it may tip over and spill water. Casters are optional on some models.
Smart Functions
- Auto Shut Off: The unit shuts off automatically when the bucket is full or the set humidity is reached.
- Wait 3 minutes before resuming operation: After stopping, the unit cannot be restarted for 3 minutes to protect it. Operation will resume automatically after 3 minutes.
- Auto Defrost: When frost builds up on evaporator coils, the compressor cycles off, and the fan continues to run until the frost disappears.
- Auto-Restart: If the unit unexpectedly turns off due to a power cut, it will restart with the previous function setting when power resumes.
Control Panel Overview
The control panel includes indicators for Auto defrost, Full, On, Off, and buttons for PUMP (optional), COMFORT, FILTER, CONT. (Continuous), TURBO, TIMER, and POWER.
- POWER Button: Press to turn the dehumidifier on and off.
- PUMP Button (Optional): Press to activate pump operation. Ensure the pump drain hose is installed and the continuous drain hose is removed. The pump starts when the bucket is full. Do not use when outdoor temperature is 0°C (32°F) or below.
- COMFORT Button: Press to activate comfort dehumidifying operation. In this mode, the humidity level cannot be set.
- FILTER Button: The "Clean Filter" light flashes after 250 hours of operation as a reminder to clean the air filter. Press the Filter button for 3 seconds to reset after cleaning.
- CONT. (Continuous) Button: Press to activate continuous dehumidifying operation.
- TURBO Button: Controls fan speed. Press to select High or Normal fan speed. High is for maximum moisture removal; Normal is for quieter operation when humidity is reduced.
- TIMER Button: Initiates Auto Start and Auto Stop features in conjunction with the UP/DOWN buttons.
Timer Set Control Buttons
Press the TIMER button to initiate the Auto Start and Auto Stop feature. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to set the time in 0.5-hour increments up to 10 hours, then 1-hour increments up to 24 hours. The control counts down the time remaining until start. The selected time registers in 5 seconds, and the system reverts to the previous humidity setting display. TIMER ON/OFF indicators show programmed times. Turning the unit on/off or setting the timer to 0.0 cancels the Auto Start/Stop function. Display code P2 also cancels this function.
Humidity Set Control Buttons
Use the UP/DOWN buttons (▲/▼) to set the desired humidity level from 35% RH to 85% RH in 5% increments. For drier air, set a lower percentage; for damper air, set a higher percentage.
LED Display
The LED display shows the set humidity level (35%-85%) or auto start/stop time (0-24) during setting. It then displays the actual room humidity level (±5% accuracy) from 30% RH to 90% RH.
Error Codes:
- AS: Humidity sensor error.
- ES: Temperature sensor error.
- Eb: Bucket is removed or not in the correct position (only for units with pump feature). Replace the bucket correctly.
Protection Codes:
- P2: Bucket is full or not in the correct position. Empty the bucket and replace it correctly (only for units with pump feature).
- P2: Bucket is full. Empty the bucket (only for units without pump feature).
Removing Collected Water
There are three methods to remove collected water:
- Use the bucket: When the bucket is full, remove and empty it. If the pump hose drops, reinstall it properly before replacing the bucket.
- Continuous Draining: Attach a water hose (ID ≥ 5/16") with a female threaded end (ID: M=1") to the unit's drain hose outlet. Lead the hose to a floor drain or suitable facility, ensuring it slopes downward for smooth water flow. Remove the drain hose when not in use.
- Pump Draining (on some models): Attach a pump drain hose (OD=1/4") to the pump drain outlet. Lead the hose to a floor drain or suitable drainage facility. Ensure the connection is secure and leak-free. The pump may make noise for 3-5 minutes when it starts, which is normal. If the pump operation light blinks at 1Hz, it indicates a failure. Turn off the unit, unplug it, and check the pump filter, hose, and bucket.
Maintenance
[Warning] Turn the dehumidifier off and unplug the power cord before cleaning.
- Clean the bucket: Clean the bucket with water every few weeks.
- Clean the air filter: Clean the filter with water at least every 30 days, or more often if necessary.
[Caution] DO NOT operate the dehumidifier without a filter, as dirt and lint will clog it and reduce performance.

When not using the unit for long periods:
- After turning off the unit, wait one day before emptying the bucket.
- Clean the main unit, bucket, and air filter.
- Wrap the power cord and bundle it with the band.
