Handling Information

HOW TO HANDLE YOUR FONTWELL WHITE

This Fontwell White radiator should be carried in an upright position. Carrying the radiator in a horizontal position (like a stretcher) will probably cause the radiator to bow and potentially invalidate the warranty.

Unpacking and Installation

UNPACKING

When unpacking your Fontwell White radiator please ensure you:

Identify and retain the fittings pack and Fittings Instructions located inside the packaging.
Take care if using sharp blades to cut the outer cover to avoid scratching the paint finish.
Retain the packaging and use these to help keep the radiator protected until it is installed.
Carefully inspect the radiator before installation. If there are any issues, repack the radiator and contact our Customer Services team.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

Carefully read the Fontwell White Fittings Instructions.
Failure to follow the Fitting Instructions may result in the radiator not functioning correctly or may risk damaging the radiator permanently.
The Fittings Instructions contain information on appropriate use of corrosion inhibitor and our terms and conditions.

Please note we are unable to accept responsibility for replacement of scratched or damaged radiators once they have been installed.
