Technical Requirements for Printing:
- Material: 80g coated paper, all pages color printed, double-sided printing.
- As illustrated, folded for shipping, requiring aligned folds and smooth creases.
- Unspecified dimension tolerances are +/- 1.5mm.
- Graphics and fonts must be printed clearly, without burrs, lifting edges, or ink peeling.
- Font color: PANTONE 2757 C, no border, white background.
- Complies with RoHS requirements.
1. Installation
Ensure all power sources have been turned off at least 5 minutes prior to installation.
a) Removing the cover and installing the Q.HOME CORE WiFi

b) Attaching the antenna

⚠️ Make sure that the dongle is plugged with the QR code side up.
2. Monitoring
a) Q.HOME CORE WiFi Registration

Use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code or search for "Q.HOME" in your browser to download the Monitoring App.
QR codes are provided for downloading the 'Q.HOME' Monitoring App from the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

Select the 'Settings' button ⚙️ in the upper left corner of the Monitoring App main screen to choose the language.

Touch "Create a new account" at the bottom of the Monitoring App main screen.

Type in or scan the Registration No. and enter the other required information to complete the registration.

b) Wi-Fi Connection Configuration

Login with your account and navigate to the 'Account' page in the app.

Click on "Wi-Fi Connection".

Type in or scan the Registration No. of the Q.HOME CORE WiFi. Then touch 'Next' and agree to join the network of the Web-monitoring platform.

❗ The Wi-Fi connection requires Android 10 or higher system or iOS system.
Wi-Fi Setup

Type in your home Wi-Fi SSID and password and complete the setup. (5GHz Wi-Fi is currently not supported.)

Local Mode
Use your smartphone to connect to the Q.HOME CORE WiFi signal (Wifi_Sxxxxxxxxx). Then select 'Local' and type in the password (initially the same as the Registration No.) to access the Local Mode in the Monitoring App.
Monitoring Website
- Ensure that your computer or laptop is connected to an internet network.
- Open a browser and enter "www.portal-qcells.us".
- Select the language, then click "Sign Up" to create a new customer account.
- Complete the registration and login.

Warranty Regulation and Liability
Terms and Conditions
Qcells grants a standard 24-month warranty. The terms of this warranty begin from the date marked on the purchase invoice. Qcells will only perform warranty service when the faulty unit is returned to Qcells along with a copy of the invoice and proof of purchase issued by the reseller. In addition, the type label of the unit must be fully legible. If these requirements are not fulfilled, Qcells reserves the right to deny warranty service.
Exclusion of Liability
Warranty claims are excluded for direct or indirect damage due to:
- Use of unit in ways not intended, improper or substandard installation, improper operation and unauthorized modification to the units, or repair attempts.
- Missing warranty card and serial number.
- Operating the units with defective protective equipment.
- Influence of foreign objects and force majeure.
- Inadequate ventilation.
- Non-observance to relevant safety instructions.

Product dimensions are 112mm (length) x 45.7mm (width) x 28.5mm (height), with an equivalent in inches of 4.4 x 1.79 x 1.12 inches.

Prior to installation, ensure all power connected to the inverter has been cut off.
Keep away from flammable, explosive materials.
Do not dismantle or scrap by force.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with this appliance.

Interference Mitigation
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
RF Exposure Warning
This equipment must be installed and operated in accordance with provided instructions and the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
