Setup and Connection

Place the warmer pad on top of the massage table. It is recommended that the end with the controller inlet be at the opposite end of the table where the patient's head would be located. Fix the pad in position with the elastic straps on each corner and cover the warmer pad with a sheet or large towel.

Connect the controller properly to the pad. The controller connectors are shown in the diagram: a female connector with two pins aligns with a male connector with corresponding slots. Ensure a secure connection.

Plug in the power cord safely with 120Volts AC only.

LED Display "F" Error

If the LED displays an "F", check all connections to ensure they are securely fastened. Unplug the controller from the outlet and wait at least 20 seconds before plugging it back into the outlet.

Operation

Start

To turn on the pad, press the On/Off button located at the lower center of the controller, underneath the LED screen. The screen will light up and be ready for temperature set and 'auto off' timing.

Temperature Set

The left set of '+' and '-' buttons, located underneath the 'HEAT' sign, controls the temperature from level 1 to level 10. The temperature represented by different levels is shown in the table below.

5.4°F (or 3°C) sensitivity is possible.

'Auto Off' Timer

The right set of '+' and '-' buttons, located underneath the 'AUTO OFF' sign, controls the duration of heating before the warmer pad shuts itself down automatically. The default 'auto off' duration is 1 hour. If you need a longer or shorter duration, you can simply tap '+' or '-' to preset the 'auto off' timer from 1 to 10 hours respectively.

Once the pad shuts down automatically, you must push the on/off button again to restart it. This function allows you to not worry about forgetting to turn off the warmer pad unintentionally.

Important Cautions

• Do not use this pad on an infant, a helpless person, or anyone insensitive to heat.
• Do not tuck in the wired area of this pad or fold it while being used.
• Do not use pins as they might damage the wiring.
• Always turn off the pad when it is not being used.
• Keep the controller away from drafty areas that might become damp or wet, such as an open window.
• Do not use this pad with a rocking chair, recliner, or any movable furniture.
• Do not tuck this pad in a sofa.
• Do not dry clean this pad because cleaning solvents may damage the insulation outside the wiring.
• For Canadian users: Do not use the pad in a hotel, motel, or other institutions.
• Do not connect any other controllers to this pad other than MHP's.
• Do not use the pad in or around water.
• To clean the controller, wipe it with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Do not immerse the controller or spray it with a cleaning solution.
• Disconnect the controller from the pad before laundering the pad.
• If a malfunction of the pad is observed, stop using it immediately and contact MHP for consultation.

Attention

This warmer pad may not feel hot to the touch as the level of heat is designed to feel warm only when LAYING or SITTING on top of it.

Limited One Year Warranty

MHP International warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material, design, and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If the product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, MHP International agrees to repair or replace the Massage Table Warmer Pad.
